Non-functional, little power
The item is non-functional and gel pads could not be removed easily. I bought this for my husband who says that there is sensation of very little power being transmitted, even at the highest setting and with a fresh battery. Very disappointed. The advert is misleading and it does not tell you that you need to replace the gel pads every month, at a cost of between £21-25. I have returned the item.

The design is over priced for what it is and the design mess is that you cannot actually work out while wearing it as the moisture makes the expensive gels non stick and useless. The abs pad has no sufficient give for when in any type of motion. The strength levels and timings are absolute crap. Slender tone kicks arse all over this.Highly disappointed.

Pads are a problem of reliability and high continuing cost
I have not been able to use this item because having attached the pads to the device I find the plastic protector will not come away from the body of the pads. Also the packaging arrived damaged and there was not paper work inside. The high cost of the pads which have to be replaced monthly is not justified. Finally I have not been able to find out how to address these problems.

I used to exercise without any aids and have the same results. Due to an operationI can't put too much strain on my stomach so the SixPad can give similar results without the strain.

I have been using this abs fit 1 for 2 months now. No lost weight and no six pack at all!!!!Waste of money!!!!
