Not sure but the bottles have no inner seal and leak and no one answers to it when there is an issue.

This product is not designed for automobiles or metal surfaces. It’s designed to spray on your clothes before traversing tick country. We. Spray our clothes before riding horses in wooded trails. You probably should use th product as it is designed to be used. It does work well for repelling ticks. We are trying to prevent lymes disease and other tick borne diseases.
