Happiness Is . . . One Happy Thing Every Day: A Three-Year Journal

I saw this little book in a store one day and fell in love with it. It's very cute and for whatever reason gives me motivation to actually write in it everyday. Bright and cheery with cute illustrations scattered throughout, I love how I only need to write one thing each day but there is enough room to write it in every day for 3 years. I keep it on my bedside table so each night it reminds me to write in it. Love it!

Thought this book would be more inspirational and have you think what happiness truly is but you have to take of your own happiness

For a three year journal this is a great price. I received it as a gift and loved it so much I purchased one for my 11-year-old daughter. It's nice to have something positive to think about at the end of the day. It's on my nightstand so I never forget to fill it out. The entries are short (there is really only room for two or three sentences). I'm sure it'll be fun to look back at in the future.

This tiny journal provides just enough space to jot down a happy thought each day. The adorable pictures inside add to its cuteness. It makes a great gift for yourself or for friends.

I love this journal! It's a simple but structured way to encourage yourself to focus on at least one positive thing every single day. I especially love that it's a three-year journal so I'll be able to compare days across the years. Very fun!

I love the simplicity of this "journal." I struggle with journaling, and find it so easy to just write down one thing that made me happy each day.

This is a lovely journal to record a few lines each day of what made you happy that day. It’s a three year journal so it’ll be interesting to look back and compare the same day year on year. However after 4 months of use the binding on the back has torn on the edge so a sellotape repair job was required. Not something I’d expect considering the price of the item. Prior to this I was really happy with the journal and it did feel like good quality. A pity because it’s going to get a lot more use over the next 3 years and this is the only journal I could find like this on the market. I do like the ribbon which you can use to find the day you need very easily. I also like the small illustrations on alternative pages showing things that can make you happy. Not just big things but little things like a hot cup of coffee or a bowl of perfectly ripe strawberries.

I did buy this for a teenager girl. Although the appearance is nice I think is quite useful. Teenagers have to express themselves and their feelings. And few lines written on a daily basis in a journal will be funny and educative at the same time.

I bought this book as a Christmas present for my 17 yr old daughter Tara who hadn’t passed away the year before. I gave it to her three brothers to open on her behalf. I asked them to write any happy moment they experienced despite the pain of her loss. It gave them and all of us hope and strength to seek out the happy times and record them in her book. We laughed with her and for her and recorded it all down. What a wonderful little book this has turned out to be for us all.
