Yorkie Loves Taste, Iโll Rehydrate First
I like to give my Yorkie a treat for coming inside when I tell him itโs time, for example. The Primal products are as close as I can get to letting him eat like an animal would in the wild. Itโs the best balance of vitamins and minerals along with the whole animal ground into the food or treat.I didnโt realize these would be just like the actual food just more random shapes. I feel like I should rehydrate one before I give it to him. They do break into smaller pieces easily and he loves them so Iโll continue to get them for him but always have water next to the treat. Dehydrated food is dangerous tofeed especially small dogs without rehydrating first. A piece could swell in the trachea and make the dog gag.

A nice freeze dried liver treat for dogs. A bit large for training, but you can subdivide them if you wish.
These Prime Beef Liver Munchies consist of pieces of freeze dried liver. As such the are healthy for the dog and my dog loves them. The pieces are roughly 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and the size of a nickle to a quarter. If you want smaller pieces, some of them can be broken into smaller pieces by hand, but some of them not. If you wish to divide them for a small dog or to use as a training treat, I suggest that you use a knife. Because of the freeze dried nature of these treats, you will probably produce a little liver powder when you do and they may crumble a bit. I have found the other Primal products such as the nibs to be superior to use for training. Those are naturally small slices of jerky "roll" and are a good size to training dogs of any size. Small enough so that you do not worry about over feeding a puppy when you do multiple sets of reps of a behaviour, but large enough that some rather large retrievers and so forth will work for them. Overall, I can recommend these as a treat for your dog. You may get better mileage out of the Primal jerky nibs for training though.

not worth the money
compared to their quanity of the turkey liver munchies, the bag was only 1/4 full. The chunks are large and some were hard to break into smaller pieces. Will not oder again!

My cats love this treat .
Overall my cats do love these treats . I have bought this product 4 times , 1 out of the 4 time I bought this product it was soft enough to where I can break it apart with my bare hands. The others 3 time it was hard to where I had to use a knife which is fine but seems like something changed . Other then that I never really had problems with this product . I will buy this product again.

Excellent treat
Would not want to be without these for rewards. My baby girl is only 4 pounds and 1 year old and has been getting them all along. She loves them. I cut them in much smaller pieces for her tiny mouth. Not only tasty to her but full of nutrition and missing sugar and artificial ingredients that I don't want in them for her.

My Shih Tzu is super picky with his food but also gets bored with his favorite after a few weeks. This was perfect because it can easily be crumbled and mixed in either his wet or dry food. I just use one piece per feeding, just enough to perk up his sense of smell and appetite.
