Flawless condition---
This Lenovo T470s quickly arrived in very safe packaging and configured as advertised.Happily it had a new WIN10 Pro installation that was a snap to set up, and thanks to the vendor, it came minus the usual shovelware that has to be deleted. The wi-fi, HDMI, blu tooth, speaker, and usb ports all worked perfectly. This model included a good battery that quickly charged up and the correct battery charger! All you need to add is a new AMZN wireless mouse. The display was perfect as was the entire chassis. This unit doesn't appear to have ever been used. Why pay too much for the latest $$$ laptops when these reasonably priced lenovo's run just as fast?

Unreliable product and service
I recommend not to waste your money on these guy's products. They just don't care about their customers needs and wants. The laptop will stop working stop working for no reason after the warranty expired so you won't be able to return for repair or any other reason. Unfortunately, the tech support or customer service did not reply to my email message nor a phone call. Stay away!

Works great! Had some hiccups, but still well worth it.
I never booted windows on this laptop, I installed Fedora 41 kde spin immediately. Was pleased to find the Fedora software updater also handles Lenovo system firmware updates.Ran Kdiskmark and the samsung nvme was getting reads around 3500mbit/s so I'm happy with disk performance. Smart shows it's only been used mildly.Overall this thing runs smooth as butter. I have no complaints there. The keyboard is a pleasure to type on, lots of little details just feel correct. Even having removed the secondary battery, runtime was not awful on battery. The Bad: One of the speakers is very crackly, I just set my audio to go full right channel. Replacements are cheap, but this seems to be an issue with these that recurs often. I'll be using wired or bluetooth headphones mostly anyway. The Secondary battery was shot. The laptop wouldn't charge at all, and would shut off if power was removed. It showed primary battery at 100% and second at 70% and not charging. I let it charge overnight, nothing changed. Also tried resetting the cmos. I eventually just pulled the secondary battery out, and that cleared it up. I only get around 5 hours battery without it, but the replacement is only $20 I'll get it eventually. Also due to the USB C charging ability I am able to keep it plugged in most of the time even when mobile so It's not been a huge bother.

Did exactly as needed
Works exactly as I need it to! I used it for college classes and it held up incredibly well as I traveled to work, home, and to coffee shops. Definitely the best bang-for-your-buck computer I've bought. Thinking about even getting a second and gutting the OS to install linux.

A good workhorse.
I got this laptop when I was mobilized into the military to resist the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. It has been the perfect choice for working with documents, and despite the harsh field conditions, it has served me faithfully for a year and a half. The only drawback is the battery - its runtime has dramaticaly decreased, so I’ll probably have to replace it soon. Overall, a very good choice for the money.
