I bought this to complement a nespresso coffee machine and it does what it says on the tin - froths and heats milk.The instructions are lacking a bit, especially as I'd never used anything like this before.

This is basically a mini kettle for milk, with the added benefit of lightly foaming the milk. We have been using it to make hot chocolate, and it is definitely easier than boiling a pan of milk. It is also fairly portable if you wanted to heat milk in a hotel room. Something that would have been very useful when the children were smaller.In terms of function, the heating function is excellent. Plug in, turn on and in a few minutes it is up to temperature. The foaming function is OK, but less than you would get with an espresso machine. If you are looking for hot chocolate, flat whites, or even just warm milk then this will work nicely. If you’re addicted to cappuccinos then an espresso machine may work out better.

Horrible product and worse seller. Better off buying a cheap handheld frother. Messy, froth mechanism is a weak magnet that easily comes off during the frothing, the power is not often enough to even rotate the frother and it’s not even enough for a decent small latte. Get it if you like frothy macchiatos.Seller didn’t even say a word when I asked for a refund; clearly show the level of commitment to retain customers and Amazon should consider if its in its interest to have rogue sellers like this one.As a prime member, this type of seller makes me worry about the direction Amazon might go

Abit tricky to get used to as the little magnet is abit fiddly. It’s very easy to burn the milk onto the bottom of the jug even though the jug turns it’self off. I can’t fill it to the maximum line as it does overflow but all in all it’s okay for 1 small coffee at a time.

Great frothed, works every time and very easy to clean. Be careful you DO NOT OVER FILL it will spill! The frother inside is magnetic & comes out to clean brilliant idea!

Unpacked it and it was covered in a white powder. So sent it straight back and didn't reorder.

Great frother, quality taste . Cleaning is ok as magnetic so one can remove the inner bits . 3 functions with a single button.
