Ugh. I've been detoxing from Candida overgrowth for the last few months; yeah, it's not at all pretty. After a month or so of continuously feeling downright awful (this was way beyond "flu-like symptoms"), I figured I'd try this clay. I had read about using bentonite clay and psyllium husk fiber for eliminating the Herx reaction associated with Candida die-off, but never thought I needed it. Boy, was I wrong.I started making 1 "shake" a day and relatively quickly worked my way up to 3 per day, experiencing no ill effects like constipation. Provided you drink enough water, you'll have no issues with that. After a few days of taking the clay, I definitely started feeling less toxic. I've read other great reviews of the product, and I adamantly agree with them. This stuff is terrific and is really sparing me (and my liver) a lot of pain and suffering. It's my understanding that once the liver processes toxins for removal, they are sent out into the small intestine in bile. However, 95% of the bile is reabsorbed at the terminal end of the small intestine, allowing many of the toxins to also be reabsorbed. This clay binds those toxins, preventing reabsorption. So, this product is, in my opinion, an absolute must for anyone undergoing a detox program.Recently I started using Healthforce Intestinal Drawing Formula, Vegancaps, 260-Count once a day as an adjunct to the P&B shakes. In addition to bentonite clay and activated charcoal, it contains ingredients like slippery elm and marshmallow root that soothe and lubricate the digestive tract. I really like the combination, and the two products complement one another very well.I'm very happy with this brand of bentonite clay and intend to stick with it. I recommended it to my father-in-law who is concerned about heavy metal toxicity. The bottom line: this product is good stuff. I'd rate it more than 5 stars if I could.

I been taking this with the psyllium husks from the same company for about a week now, and this combo has enabled me to produce the prettiest most solid and bulky poop ever!!. Im seeing all types of stuff in my poop--gross but Im glad its all coming out. Here is how I take the products:1. Get an 8 ounce bottled water and pour a few drops out so that there is room in the bottle to shake the mixture up good.2. Warm the water in the bottle in the microwave for 40 seconds (warm water activates the colon while cold water doesn't). Its important to not warm the water no more than 40 seconds because you got to be able to drink it straight down quickly and you dont want to burn your mouth.3. Drop 1 tablespoon of this product and 1 tablespoon of the psyllium husks into the water bottle. Shake it hard for about 20 seconds. (This is the dose given in the directions on the back of both cans.)4. Drink it all down as quickly as you can. In between swallows, put the cap back on the bottle and shake some more. But get all 8 ounces down in less than 2 minutes because it thickens to a gel very quickly. Some people complain about the taste and say it makes you gag. Yes, it is not the best taking solution because its frothy and gritty. But its all "mind over matter" so concentrate more on how it will aide your colon and less on the taste.4. After getting the mixture down, drink another 8 ounces of clear warm water (without any bentonite clay or psyllium husks) to further assist and boost the cleansing process if the colon.5. Repeat these steps 3 times a day and in 1-2 days, you will have the best bowel movements you've ever had!!...real pretty poop!This combo is the best cleanse on the market...I love it. The bentonite clay pulls and absorbs the toxins from the colon while the psyllium husks pulls all the poop off the colon walls. IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!

I’ve been using this bentonite detox for a few days and I can really feel the difference. It helps me feel lighter and more cleansed. I use it to help absorb waste and toxins from my body, and I feel it’s doing its job well. The texture is smooth and it’s easy to take. Definitely something I’ll keep using!

I had Lyme disease for many years, so plenty to detox. It literally has zero taste and is quick and easy to take. Like any detox, don't over-detox. In the beginning, take a little more frequently but eventually try to take maybe once per week or less if you are feeling good. It is advertised as stripping toxic metals, but it removes more toxins than it gets credit for. Please be aware however, that you do not want to over-detox because it can strip too much of a good thing away. Also, brush your teeth as it binds to metals. It won't Over time, it could wear them away. Shake well and don't take more than 1-1-1/2 Tablespoons full at a time. Take a couple hours apart from meds and food. Added and unexpected bonus: If I have heartburn/acid indigestion, I take before bed and I get almost immediate relief and sleep better. It is an extremely safe and efficient detox unless you abuse it. It should be noted that this was recommended to me many years ago by an experienced naturopath.

I like this product because it works, kill parasites, checks upset stomach, makes a great face mask to cleanse pores which also helps with oily skin.

I was surprised the bottle was very big which was a good thing for the money. In this review since I have to take it 30 days at least and then give an honest opinion so since I've only taken it for two to three days we will say it was a great value for the size it does not taste bad and we don't know if it works yet. Honest review for what short little time I've had to give it or use it.

I am genuinely how OKAY the "flavor" of this is, as I confess I was dubious! It's easy to incorporate into a beverage, nothing nasty at all. And, it really does start delivering some results I hadn't anticipated so quickly, my skin visually looks smoother and softer. My goal with this product is health though, I'll declare this a kind detox for my system.
