Sadly, mine was a dud...but a Wonderful Company; centered on Customer happiness& sound business Ethics!!
I am only giving 4 stars because my device died the 2nd day...but the company who sells this device, and many others deserves 5 stars..as I shall explain.Sadly; the product died on me after its first night's use, and I awoke to a dead device, that just wouldn't turn on at all.HAPPILY; the company contacted me the Day after it Arrived (which was that morning where it simply would not power on). I told them my issues and concerns about it simply not powering on.The end result: This Company is simply stellar, as I shall further discuss, as well as discuss why they are deserving of every penny they have, and will earn from me& anyone who Buy's anything from them in the future.They stated that this was a new product, and I asked them if I had to go out of my way and mail it back via UPS in order to get a refund, or a new device sent to me...and their concern was not about the return of the item, it was about fixing the problem as soon as pissible, and about making me happy. They didn't make me send the item back to Amazon, or jump through hurdles to get my $ back. THEY Gladly refunded my full amount spent, within a super fast time(2 days).Due to their amazing customer service, & beyond professional "customer comes first attitude"....I will give them much more business in the days, and years to come.---I just don't know what happened over that 1 night to the item, and it was plugged into an expensive surge protector (for all thinking it may have been a power surge&I don't know what I am doing).I also buy "new tech" fully knowing, and understanding that often times many tiny tweaks need to be made to perfect those "new tech" items... and a device that can transition from one HDMI device to another , and control all of the function's with its own infrared remote controller is a great concept and super useful to all who may not have the desired connections, or specefic's on their TV's,or media centers...especially for so many HDMI inputs. It did function great the 1st night, as I plugged in pretty much all devices I used with an HDMI connection...and I often selected several to operate at the same time.Although the one I reviewed was a dud, this is a great product, and great solution to all who have run into that "media center clutter" disaster scenario, or whom simply have no space for these many (super high speed HDMI ports). The item was boxef, and packaged with great care. It arrived next day (as I had asked with my Prime Membership),& it feels like it was made very well, and made to last.Sadly; I got the "crippled runt of the litter", and mine just couldn't last!!!. ( No offense intended in my semi-metaphorical diction... to all who may be overtly Politically Correct).----But...what a refershing and Exceptional Company to deal with. A "New Company", as they explained... who stand behind their name, brand image & every single product that they sell.But, as a new Company, selling new Tech Device's (as they stated in their messages back and forth with me); there may be a few occasions where buyer's may have an issue with any electronic device (which I feel we all simply need to understand&accept).But, in being a "New Company", and not penny pinching, or asking me silly questions, nor belittling me for it not working, or not "understanding the device", possibly due to my sub-par technological knowledge (as other BIG companies have done to me in the past)...Their direct words to me, per their email were:"WE are sorry your device ended up not fully functioning, and as a new company we take a great pride in all we do, as well as all products that we sell. The item you ordered is a new product, and at times with new items and technology a select few that may possibly have issues, and we understand your frustration in the device not working. Please don't worry about sending the item back. We will Gladly send you a new device upon your response to us, and we will get it to you as quickly as possible. Most likely within a day, or less. Or, we will Gladly refund your money upon your return email to us, letting us know how to proceed. Please let us know what we can do to remedy this situation, and we will Gladly take either path. Since we are a new company, we want all of our customers to be happy with every item that they buy, and also understand that we stand behind all products that we sell. Please accept our apology, and please consider us, should you need any particular items which we may sell"With customer service like that...of course I'm going to buy something from them again. They didn't make me jump through hoops, or have to figure out a way to somehow get to UPS (as I had never returned an item with Amazon, and I was bed-ridden after having knee surgery 2 days prior). They simply told me "not to worry about it", which is very refreshing for a change. Plus, for a NEW company to do all of this....when these other Billion dollar corporate Giants are total jerks, who have even told me that "it's not their products fault that I can't figure out how to use it", and have treated me like dirt.Also, when big companies are super slow to refund, or supply a replacement product...that lag is not only because they are too big for their own good (&don't deserve such), but also consider ALL of the money that people are waiting to be refunded, on millions of dollars in broken, or returned items.Every day that the Big Company can hold onto that money(your money)...they are making money off of it, as it is still gaining THEM daily interest in their bank accounts. So, the majority of those Big Company take weeks to refund one's money, and even if their product is returned as "broken" they still make a lot of money... in both daily interest (in holding million's from customers for way too long, until it is finally returned), as well as in re-selling those broken items as "refurbished" ,or often times they will sell it as "New" to some other unsuspecting victim. It is a win/win for Big Companies to delay refunds, and treat buyer's like that. Only when those buyer's refuse to ever shop there again, will those Big Companies start to feel the pain... and I hope they really do!!!Standing at the complete Polar Opposite of those Jerk Giants Stands is this Company (with integrity &respect), who gladly refunded me 2 days following their initial communication with me. And, they were also willing to basically give me a 2nd item, without making me return the 1st unit, which simply died. So they would most likely have made very little in the end...with 2 items out to me, and me onlyrics paying for 1...had I gone that route. I only asked for the refund as I did not realize how many HDMI ports the back of my TV had until I already had purchased this item...yet I believe it would have made all of my HDMI devices function &transfer much quicker than my current setup.I remain Very impressed(a month later), and I WILL buy much more from this Company due to their integrity, sincerety, and Customer Centered sales platform.No one likes their happy new electronic device's to simply die for no reason...but this company went out of its way to regain, and truly EARNED my trust, and Respect....which will result in my continued support for them...as well as many more orders from them in the near future.

Got a LEMON on first purchase, odd battery for remote, you get what you pay for
It's a 3.5 stars product. I think I am a little upset because I spent so much time tinkering with the device and plugged it into two tvs. My time is important and the first one I got was a complete LEMON. And I guess I can't get my time back. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one, at least that worked out.The good thing about this product is they give you plenty of beefy looking cables for expansion. The device is small and compact. If you lose your remote or run out of batteries, it has buttons that you can press on the device to switch ports manually. The item works, when you get one that runs. I can't comment on the longevity of the item. The set up was common sense and would have been easy, if I didn't get a lemon at first.The bad thing is that the instructions are kind of short and confusing. In my frustration at the Lemon, I tried to read them and I just couldn't understand them. And the set up couldn't have been that complicated. The remote control feels really flimsy and it uses an odd type battery and I hate that. You can't do rechargeable. The device itself is not very heavy so the amount of connections to it makes it flop around all over the place, best to use some earthquake putty to secure it down. It feels flimsy. You get what you pay for.Ok so all in all, so far, the thing works as described and the customer service helped me out by sending a new one. Its an ok purchase, but I think, for a few more bucks, buy one with a remote that uses AA or AAA batteries.

Great Little HDMI Switch Box...
I LOVE that this item comes with everything you need INCLUDED which, is SO HARD to find espec with items such as this, I love that!!! Mine came with extra cables, also a total of 4 were in the box. It's a Godsend for those who are Not tech savvy & it could not be ANY easier to hook this up, it IS truly plug & play, don't even need to open the directions! Finally, it works exactly as it should INCLUDING the remote-yes!!! I've tried a few of these, some didn't work at all, others, the remotes do not work well or break/wear out very quickly. The only con I can come up with about this item, & it's minor, is the power cord is too short. It's only about 2 1/2-3 feet long, if it was even another 12 to 18 inches it would be perfect. I just set mine up, so I can't speak to the longevity of the item and the price point for what you get along with the added convenience of everything being included is fantastic! As long as the unit holds up well, I definitely would not hesitate to purchase this configuration again for our other TV's!! Oh, I'm using this switch on an older Sharp TV w/only 1 HDMI. I have the cable box & my Roku stick (3600) plugged into the switch and even though neither of the two devices totally power down, it switches between the two without any issues. Also, my TV is across the room, about a good 8+ feet away & the remote has worked every time, just need to have line of sight to the box. Very happy with the purchase!

Works great, as long as Wii U is unplugged...
My experience was a bit of user error, mixed up with a strange problem that appears to be triggered by the Wii U interface (notice how it's not listed in the gaming consoles in the description). My problem is that whenever I'd be playing on my PS4, which is really the only console I play on a regular basis, the switch would change to port 3 (where my PS3 is plugged in). In troubleshooting, I unplugged my PS3, thinking that it was at fault since it was trying to change to this port..........yet it changed once again to port 3. Strangely, with the Wii U plugged into port 1, it still tried to change to port 3. I contacted enKo CS and they were very prompt addressing the issue, and sent out a replacement unit, which also did the same exact thing. So apparently this device is not really compatible with the Wii U. Which kind of sucks since you have to physically unplug/plug the Wii U, but at the same time, not really the fault of the enKo product...but they should probably disclose this in the description of the product (hence one star getting docked). Other than that, this product works great.
