This product is a convenient piece to have in your pantry. My wife and I shop at bulk warehouses often and purchase a lot of bulk fish and vegetables to freeze, so this vacuum sealer was on our “wants” list for a while. When we received it, the instructions manual left much to be desired as it was, I think, a literal translation from Chinese to English, and it was vague at best. After figuring out that you must press really hard to hear a snap on each end where the little palm prints are on the machine (really hard) it can then begin its sealing process. Once that was figured out, things went smoothly. The package included 2 spare rubber seals, and 2 rolls of the vacuum bags. Overall I am impressed with this, and think it will pay for itself with food that is not wasted, and bulk food purchases.

I will say that they fulfilled the shipment with rocket speed it literally arrive the next day despite the pandemic and everything else going on. I was excited by that and thought I had made a really good purchase I was disappointed when I opened the product and begin to try to use it. Heating element definitely seal the bags as it should however there was no suction power of any quality that would protect my food in the freezer I literally could have sucked the air out of it myself with the same force that the machine did and then before it had a chance to seal it it would allow air back into the bag making it pretty much useless I don't know if my particular item was defective or if all of them operate so poorly but the directions were written in broken English which made it a little difficult to even understand what they were asking me to do, however I had a had a vacuum sealer before and knew how it operated properly and could tell quickly that this one was not of the right quality.

My husband and I always buy our meat in bulk and then divide it up in meal-size portions for the freezer.Too many times the meats experienced freezer-burn if the portions were not used up in a timely manner. As a result, we threw away some of that meat. No more!! with the AOBEN Vacuum Sealer Machine, freezer-burn will happen no more. The machine is compact and easy to use and the bags ( 2 rolls were provided with the machine) were very durable and sturdy. You can even determine the size of each bag just by following the guides provided on the roll. It is definitely worth the price which is quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this product.

There was no clear instruction on how to use the hose . very hard to understand how to seal . Very dissatisfied. I kept using only to find I was getting more upset. I decided to return this back to you. If you had a booklet showing how and what to do it might have been better. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

Received my package fairly quickly. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the box did not come with paper instructions or anything. For a first-time user, I had to figure out how to work the machine by myself. Took my a few tries, plus side: it comes with 2 rolls of vacuum sealer bags. The sealing part wasn’t promising (not sure if I was doing it correctly), but I just pressed “seal” twice, and re-did it another time above the first line to insure it was fully sealed. Pricing is fair. Overall, an okay product if you’re on a budget.

It's okay, but doesn't seal properly. And the suction doesn't work as great either.

I have to say that this vacuum is not bad for the price I paid for compared to others. I do have to say that the sealing function works but you do need to put a little pressure in the middle to get a good complete seal, but I'm perfectly ok with it. The suction is not bad but I would recommend pressing down on the middle to get a more complete seal so it can suck more air out of it, the seal is tight on the end but on the middle it can be sporadic. Overall, I would recommend for the price.

First, the directions were very bad and in broken English. Then the machine would not vacuum all the air out, then on Automatic, it would vacuum some of the air out but would not seal, i literally spent almost 2 hrs. trying every method i could all to no avail....Having thrown the box away the day before, I threw this machine and the remainder bags in the trash.....Now i'll go buy a food saver brand, i use to have one, now my ex has it, i tried to get off cheap by buying this, big mistake, you get what you pay for.
