The Swarovski tropical leaf earrings are beautiful in person. The gold leaf has the small crystal accent within the leaf. A larger square crystal dangles below. When you wear them, the leaf is pressed against your earlobe and then the crystal dangles just below your earlobe. These aren't large statement earrings, so you can wear these every day. I don't think everyone will have this problem, but they were slightly uncomfortable when wearing them. I think it's just since the entire leaf portion is on my lobe and I had the backing on securely so that the earring didn't droop. It felt like the leaf was rubbing my ear. The crystal is really nice quality, which you would expect from Swarovski.

Wow. I was really on the fence about picking these earrings as a review item, but I shouldn't have been. For once, the marketing/item imagery is so much less attractive than the actual item itself. I'm glad I took a chance.First of all, these are a good bit smaller than I expected, which actually makes them far more delicate (they almost look gaudy in the images on Amazon, more costume than luxe) and attractive. They're lightweight too, making for a good option for people who can't handle the chunkier earrings.The gold is absolutely beautiful, and the tiny inset Swarovski crystals are just spectacular. They catch the light really well; they're more brilliant than diamond, as all Swarovski products are, and it really, really works here.Now I really want to get my hands on the stunning parrot that goes with these earrings!

I loved the earrings on the website and decided to buy them! Imagine my surprise when I received the box totally empty without the earrings!I mean professionalism and attention to detail is lacking! I’m very upset about this and will be returning the empty boxes!
