Scooter won't start after only a few rides. Customer service lacking.
After only a handful of rides, this scooter never started again. Their customer service is only available via email so I contacted them. They did reply and offered to fix the scooter by sending me a paid postage.I never received the paid postage, and haven’t heard from them since. Seems like a scam company.

Disappointed Customer
Right out of the box, parts were missing and the base sticker grip was peeling off. Additionally, the plastic piece that attaches the rear brake broke after 3 uses. I can’t find where to find the replacement part. So frustrating.

DO NOT BUY - FRONT TIRE - BROKEN HOOK
The front tire was flat after 5 rides on low impact terrain (sidewalks)... The whole back wheel cover and hook broke off under no stress.No replacement parts are available and the manufacturer is extremely hard to contact. This should be removed from amazon or at least given a lower rating.The reviews are deceiving and the price is too high for the quality of this product.
