This is a direct fit for my 1997 Benz E420. Very easy installation. Fixed the intermittent AC blower problem immediately after replacement. You will need some arctic silver to help with heat transfer when install so make sure you grab that with the purchase as well.

Exceeded my expectation. Delivered within a week of ordering it even though the date said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. The shape was a little different than the OEM even though it's the same model but it still fit ok. My AC fan is working now because of it so I am not complaining (I live in TX so you can't live without AC). Best part of this whole deal was it came with the cords as well.

OEM quality part, it plugged in without splicing. Even came with silicon grease for dissipating heat. It came from China but got here in 2 1/2 weeks. Terrific. Made the a/c in my 98 E320 work great again. I recommend this company.
