So I'll be very honest from the jump, I normally don't like any kind of suction mounts. They never hold well, and fall at the worst times.My last mount was great, but clipped to my vent, and i needed my vent clear since it is winter, and cold, and I need that heat. It also did some damage to the vent fins... I'm not in love with that.This one DOES come with a fin clip, but I thought the hang over design was intriguing, and might work for what I needed.I'm very glad I did. It hangs in front of an unused portion of my dash. It sticks to the dashboard very well. Make sure your prep the area of course, a simple wipe down with an alcohol wipe prepped it just fine, making sure there was no dust or debris to interfere with the suction and sticky.Also, it's not just a lick and stick suction cup. It' has a sticky surface that doesn't mess up your dash like glue will, but helps keep it in place extremely well.I couldn't be happier with a mountOn top of that, it is a USB-C wireless charger. The charger does a great job detecting my iphone, which is a full sized iPhone 11, and it fits great. It also cradles the phone so even when i;s not fully clamped, it won't fall out.It's a great package, and worth every penny.

I use this in my car and I am extremely happy with this product! Honestly it's better then I expected. My husband is happy with it as well. When I open my car the levers that hold the cell phone open up right away. I lay the cell phone on it and it automatically closes and holds any size cell phone. Charging starts right away which is so easy and accessible. When I am ready to remove it their is a button that opens the levers and I simply take it off. I no longer have to plug my phone into anything in the car. I simply lay it on the charger and I'm done and i can view and see my phone with out using my hands. Also, it is hooked right up to my vent verses sticking it to the dash. I was very happy that was an option. I have not had any issues with it coming loose or falling off. This is such a great gift idea for anyone.Update: this ended up stop charging out phones after a few months. When I plug it in it still powers up but doesn't charge our devices.

The Good: The unit looks good and has good holding power, even on a surface that is not completely smooth. The auto close feature seemed to work well, though it was a little loud and sounded like it was struggling. I really like the sensor in the back of the unit that would open when you waived your hand behind it - no accidental openings that would drop the phone. The wireless charging works fine.The Bad: It was only about a month and a half before it started acting up. We would place the phone in the cradle, the wireless charging would start but the clamps would not close. Waiving a hand over the sensor would not make it respond. Sometimes if I unplug it a plug it back in, it will work for a little bit. I have also found that if I unplug it and force the clamps closed, when plugged it it will open them and start working again for a while. The wireless function works during all of this, so it is a mechanical problem, not wiring.If the clamp function worked reliably, I would give this 5 stars. It is more stable and safer for my phone than other wireless stations I have tried.

I bought this charger for my truck as he has an samsung note 10+. So easy to install too!When you go to insert the phone the sensors open the mounting clips and then automatically close in place around the phone. It is super easy and works well for any size phone. the price of this car charger +phone holder.I also like that the charging type C cable is built-in. I plug this directly into my USB charging port in my car ,It charges very quickly .A well made device, is fun to own, for a very good price.

I purchased this unit on April 12, 2020. The holder worked fine for about a month with no problems. However, about six weeks ago, every time it would close down it would start clicking, first once or twice, before holding the phone. The clicking is steadily increasing week by week, day by day. It is slightly improved when I remove my case and put the phone in. It feels like whatever gears/electromechanical system that was used are already wearing out. So buyer beware.PS - I purchased the same unit a few months earlier and that one is fine. However, 50% fail rate (however anecdotal) is... not great.

I purchased this product on Dec 5 2019. After trying several brands, this one seemed to work for me and fit the contour of my dash. I was extremely happy with the product...until the other day- Feb 12. The arms no longer move in and out. The cradle still charges, but when you place your phone in the cradle, the arms will not lock to secure my phone. Of course, Jan 31 was the last day to return - so now I have a wireless car charger mount that can't be used after 2 months. :-(

The charger is not working with phone case. At the first I thought there was something wrong with the product than I realized it’s working without my phone case. I thought it might be about phone case so I tried 3 different one. None of them worked… If you’re buying this product you should be aware that it is not working with phone case. Except that product is good and useful.
