This freezer was worth the wait. Received June 5th after ordering May 27th. Removed from the box and no dings or damage of any kind. Once I plugged it in the unit froze withing 2 hrs. It is a great unit to have if you live in an apartment or even a house. Also it is deep so you can put a lot of food in it. I hope this review has helped.UPDATE... still going strong. We love our little freezer. It isn't so big that it takes up too much space, but it holds a ton! Just what we needed to store extra meat and other essentials during these crazy times.

Unit was damaged inside and out...waiting for return and refund...may try again

Freezer did not work when it arrived. Tried to return and was told by Amazon that they would not do return because freexer contained hazardous chemical. Contacted company that sold freezer multiple times and after 4 times being told they would process paperwork for a return, then doing nothing, I finally had to give up.

The freezer works great. My complaint is that I found the EXACT freezer, same size, same brand, same color at WalMart last week for only $169.00. I paid $321.00 for it from Amazon. It has made me rethink making purchases from Amazon in the future.

Update: seller got back to us, issuing a refund when they receive broken freezer. Not replacing the item. Not the meat lost that the freezer ruinedFreezer stopped working. We lost hundreds of dollars in meat and spent hours cleaning up rotten blood out of our flooring.I am 6 months pregnant and when baby comes we will no longer have space to store breast milk or food. I am so disappointed in this product and so angry all of our food was wasted! Waiting on a refund and reply from the seller

The freezer arrived in perfect condition, having been well-packaged. It quickly got up to temperature. Initially, I made it too cold getting the temperature down to -20*F! I backed off to -10*F—my target temperature— and it has been maintaining -8* to -10* for two solid days. It also appears to be well-insulated. The unit itself is solidly well-built and with a structurally strong hinge. It has a small footprint with 5 cu feet of capacity, and appears to be well-insulated. Currently, I have a 7 cubic foot freezer full to capacity and needed this new freezer as a critical back-up as well as to store food for this year’s harvest. Lastly, I could not get a freezer locally, and was told there was a backlog into August or beyond for home freezers. This freezer was ordered on June 24, and I received it on July 2. This is a great vendor!

Arrived in good condition. Works great, was cold in only an hour. Arrived in just five days. Ordered one from Menards and was told it would be six weeks to two months before it would ship. Cancelled that order right after this one came
