this guard is fantastic. It is very sturdy and well built
My only gripe is that the camera hits the gimbal guard during the camera startup routine. Otherwise, this guard is fantastic. It is very sturdy and well built. The gimbal guard also stays out of the frame of the camera no matter what position the camera is tilted at. I also did not find it very aesthetically pleasing to have zip ties as the security straps to keep the guard connected to the landing legs of the drone. The pros definitely outweigh the negatives and I would highly recommend this product.

Needs modification to fit Standard
This does not specify that it's for the Standard but people said it would fit in the question and answer section so I went ahead and bought it. It didn't fit properly at first but all I had to do was a cut a bit off of the guard and it fits like a charm now. Overall good purchase

Nice protector for my $$$$ camera and gimble
It is working fine on my Phantom 3 Advanced. The camera come REAL close to hitting it but doesn't. I had a spill recently and my camera and gimbal are fine. Not sure if this saved me or not since crashes happen soooo fast. I have piece of mind knowing it is there though.

P3 needs to be zip-tied
Can only be fitted to the P3 with zip ties. The slots don't line up properly. Then, when angled downward to align the slots just enough, it blocks the full motion of the gimbal. Had to mount it on the bottom of the landing gear with zip ties. Not what I was expecting.

Well made, snaps right in, but very slow ship.
Well made of carbon fiber, but this is the first time I have ever seen defective zip ties. Too bad that there isn't a more elegant way to install it. I get things all the time from China, but this one took foreeeeeeeeever. If you want protection sooner, order elsewhere.

Good value quality vs materials
Strong piece the jig might be a little off. For my phantom SE the camera tapped the piece took a little minor shaving of the front but works great.
