Wonderful, Versatile, High-Quality Tape
*****What a great product! There are so many possible uses for this tape, called "Phototape" because the images on the tape are high-quality--photo quality. The tape itself is similar in weight and thickness to the tan-brown-grey packing tape that is so familiar. However, the quality of this tape is much better. It comes in a nice long roll, has no chemical smell or residue (so great to use around children), and is pretty and versatile.I had planned to use mine for art journaling--and it's great for that--but I think that I will also use it for decorating packages and other uses because there really is a lot of it, and I like that---a great value! The information says that it is easy to remove from walls; I don't know about that since I have not used it for this purpose, however, it is a very sticky tape that would not be removable like washi tape is removable. I think that there probably is very little to no residue if you were to use it on a wall, which is a good thing. Overall, quite a high quality tape.This design looks like it COULD be cheesy, but it is not--it is lovely and photo quality--it is so different and would look beautiful for wrapping presents and packages and boxes for loved ones. I have enjoyed this brand--Phototape--so much that I now have several rolls in different designs. One thing that makes this particular design different from the other Phototape designs is that it is translucent and the colors of the paper underneath shows through so beautifully. It seems in the pictures here that the background is white but it is not--it is clear with the design etched on it. I really love this tape, and of all of them it is now working its way to being my favorite. I can't wait until people discover this tape as I think it's going to be very popular. It is hard to find large rolls of tape that are reasonably priced to used in crafting...most are small rolls that are expensive. This particular design is a great alternative and I hope that Phototape comes out with more like it.Highly recommended.*****
