I use this in place of regular pasta in order to cut carbs. It's great. Consistency is very good, it's not pasta but it is still very good. i add a little salt & pepper to the dough when making before boiling and it tastes great. Completely satisfies my mac n cheese craving. The cheese mix is pretty good as well. I like to supplement with a bit of real cheese and a little garlic. Comes out delicious. Great product!

Dough would not go thro the pasta machine...not a good taste and the cheese sauce had no taste. Pasta is hard to approximate without gluten.
