We love this travel pillow. It is the perfect size, very cushy, comfy and soft fabric, and is adjustable by taking out some latex foam, if needed. We ordered 2 of the pillows, and so far received 1, and the 2nd one shows it should be delivered the next day or 2. The pillow filling is natural latex so it smells fresh with no chemical odor as memory foam would, and the outer fabric is very nice, quilted, and smells fresh with no odor. We carefully took out the stuffing to wash the cover so we could start fresh with our own unscented natural laundry detergent, and air dried, and it didn't seem to shrink any if much. Amazon does not carry the travel size pillowcases, so we ordered those from their website - sleepartisan.com, which they had available the option to pay for the order through our Amazon account with free shipping for prime members (not sure about free shipping for non-prime). These pillow cases are very nice all cotton sateen, very nicely sewn, good quality and silky soft, and we washed those also and air dried, and they seemed to shrink just a little, as expected, and fit the travel pillow well. We mainly will use them for watching TV in our recliners, and also will use them for travelling, and possibly camping.

Ok, so this items states that it comes with a travel bag, as shown in the pictures, it did not, so I asked for a replacement. The replacement did not come with a bag,, tried to contact Amazon to explain the issue, with only the option to refund or replace. Seems to be a vicious cycle! So, my choice is keep it or return it. Really wish vendors would change descriptions to correct information.FYI - the pillow is ok, not great, ok

Amazing travel pillow. Excellent version of the larger one and easy to pack in suitcase or in the car for travels. 10/10 recommend. Great neck and head support for side sleepers!

Its soft but sturdy. I dont mind it i have trouble finding pillows like this .

I have the queen size pillow, which has this same outer cover, also has an inner encasement for the loose fill. Not this. You can never wash this, unless you remove all the filling. So then you have to buy the pillow case, cotton at a silk price, in order to have any convenience. It’s a nice shape and a good company, but the price if this and the matching pillow case is more than the standard size pillow! Why would they make all their other pillows so that you can wash the pillowcase, and not this?

Searched for 2 years to replace my neck pillow and could not find one that would work like my old one. Found this one and immediately bought a second it is fabulous and perfect!

Love the pillow for travel I have the larger version for home I just wish they would make a pillow case for it!
