This product is awesome. No one has ever noticed the camera in the pen. It charges fast and very easy to use. Communication with the seller has been amazing as well, he responds quickly, very helpful and fast shipping. I am in the security field and use this device to perform penetration test on our staff for any violations. Because the of the camera's high resolution it makes it easy to zoom in and see any details we might have normally missed. I have no negative comments.Update: After using this product frequently, I noticed how much easier it is to use. For example, with the previous model SpyPen I'd always question myself, is it recording? With this model, you hold down the record for 2 sec, it's recording. Tap it, it's off. I know it sounds trivial, but why this is an awesome is because if you ever doubt it is on, a simple tap and hold for 2 seconds will turn it on plus there is no pause light, making this more discrete.Another thing I like is the ability to remove the timestamp. This is done by putting a text file (you can get if from their website) in the root directory. However, after the first recording, it deletes the file and the timestamp reappears. I wish the file would stick in the directory, but I'm happy that the option to remove the timestamp is there.Other notes: The files are broken up in smaller files. It's a solid build and durable. Video quality and focus is very good and adjust well to different lighting. Long lasting battery.

I like the pen, however the first one I had to replace, as it stopped working, and the clip I pull as its very tight against the pen and it came off. However you can push it right back in to the slots in the pen and it holds well. I thought the 128k would be a removable memory card like the first pen I bought from amazon. Different manufacturers brand though. Didn’t have the quality video with this one does plus I lost it. Other than a memory card not being removable I love it

Good device. A bit heavy for the shirt pocket, but what can you do about that, when constructing a sturdy device? Very easy to use. Most excellent customer service, readily available and from the U.S. I had difficulty setting the time stamp. Sent text message with my concern. Received a text reply almost immediately with a request for best time to call me. I did. Call back on a holiday weekend, believe it or else! Unreal. Quickly helped me set the time stamp correctly on pen and that was that. Most excellent.

I bought the pen recently and have been using it for a week now. I am totally pleased with the product. The pen will start recording discreetly at the click of a button & without any one knowing about it. The audio & video quality are great even in low light conditions (late evenings); I haven't tested recording at nights yet though. The build quality is great & the camera is concealed by the pattern used on the body & is barely visible. I bought the black version & it looks beautiful & also functions like a normal pen. Very satisfied with the purchase.

A great produce at a reasonable price. I'm glad the creators improve on the previous ISPYPEN. It's a worthy upgrade if u are looking for a replacement. The camera is barely noticable on the pen surface while providing great video quality (1080p). No issues while plugging into my laptop or pc to review video. The pen is a little thicker then expected but that is not an issue for me at all. This is a great product to have at the right time. Please be aware of federal and state laws before using this product. Loving my little James Bond pen.

Ordered this pen, and out of the box it didn't work. I mailed their customer service and the owner of the co. mailed me back immediately, then sent a replacement pen (+ some accessories) without question. Great customer service and the replacement pen works perfectly. Good video quality, easy to use, very stealth.Combine the customer service with the quality of the pen and you have a winner.

The media could not be loaded.  See attached video of my Halloween graveyard in my dining room (Smile). I do ride share part time and like to be able to start recording the ride if I get antsy. This is my second one - I plan on giving my old one to my wife since she drives too. I did have to call tech support one time on my old one and they got me up and running on a Saturday. 5 start product - 5 star company. Thanks Guys!

This pen is manufactured as a solid product. The video is impeccable and it has a stylish modern design that simulates a high quality pen. I have used this pen and it is a great backup. I am very impressed with the overall results of the audio and video. Also, very easy to operate and download onto your devices. I would recommend this pen to anyone who needs a product like this.
