Very poor quality. Clasp will not stay shut & isn't sturdy. The blue stone pokes out of the necklace and is sharp, afraid it will break off. Arrived not in plastic packaging bag or black gift bag, all 3 items just thrown in shipping box. Funnel and sympathy card were not included as well! Really disappointed in lack of quality, especially for almost $40 price. It's sadly more Iike a cheap necklace you'd find in a gumball dispenser. Looks beautiful in picture, wish it would have worked! Returned it.

Beautiful necklace

This is a really beautiful necklace and I'm really happy to be able to carry around my late beloved cat, Kioko. The chain in long (which I wanted) and hooks easily. My one and only complaint (if you can even call it that) is that is was difficult getting the ashes through the funnel and into the small opening on top. The ashes weren't very fine though so I'm sure that contributed so I didn't feel It necessary to knock down a star rating since I'm otherwise thrilled with it. It's really gorgeous.
