These have been my go-to for both my older daughter and my newborn. They have their moments where they have suffered from constipation whether it’s been through eating junk food for a day or not eating enough fruits and veggies to help clear them out or simply just from formula/breastmilk being tough on the tummy and resulting in constipation or hard poops. I’ve given this to my daughter as a cold fruit drink in her sippy cup and I’ve given it to my newborn in a small amount in his formula to help relieve their constipation. I’ve always preferred using a product like this over some laxative that would probably do more harm them good. Yes, the sugar is always a worry to most parents but at the end of the day we can’t let them live with the pain of not being able to go to the bathroom. Great product i recommend it!

Despite having a high fiber diet and being adequately hydrated, our toddler still has chronic problems with constipation.She's been taken off regular milk, to see if she had an allergy to it.Her bowel movements are still pretty traumatic.So, we tried prune juice, which is a struggle because prune juice is nasty and she can't stand it.Then we found this. The added apple juice makes it tasty for her, and if we give her 2 of them a day; she has a manageable poop.

I give one a day to my child and she has no issue going to the bathroom. They taste good and keep her bowel movements soft yet formed.

I give these to my son when he is constipated and they work great. I water them down but they aren’t that sweet to begin with. I will be buying again

I give one of these to my mother everynight. It is strong enough to help her bowel act when she wake up in the morning, but not harsh that would make her wake in the middle of the night.
