It's a starfish lapel!
My wife bought them for her Doc Students when they finished up their time with her and they probably just threw them in their junk drawers when the got home. They served their purpose and made them feel wanted for a short time.

I really like the presentation of this item
I really like the presentation of this item. I presented them to my manager in the Emergency Department at work to use as "rewards" for the staff that make a difference in either a patient's, their family, or another staff members day. They are all on board and thrilled with this product. (This story is used by the Emergency Nurses Association to help promote what we as nurses do everyday.)

Just what we were looking for
We bought 10 of these to distribute around a startup animal rescue group; we are inspired by the "Starfish Story" in our efforts. These cards and lapel pins are exactly what we were looking for.
