Perfect for Elderly
We bought this for my 92 year old mother who has trouble dialing a long string of numbers. Instead of a photo I put names on the buttons. Programming the numbers is easy - I included the code to turn off call waiting. But save the directions for when you need to make updates. It does work with her VOIP/Comcast modem.

Excellent product.
The product works as described. With numbers programmed and one large letter for each button, it was taken a hundred miles away to my 89 year old Mother in Law with failing eyesight. Now she calls family and friends often, which she had not been able to do for months.It keeps the programmed numbers without power or any batteries. If it is moved after programming, watch for area code digits that must be added or deleted in different locations.

She has macular degeneration and the button size with Large Bold letters for her important people works excellent.
