The connectivity issues are unreal. I bought them three days ago and have been having difficulty connecting the left one. It is so frustrating, doesn't connect to my laptop either. Save your money and invest elsewhere*UPDATE* - 4/11Changed it from a one star to three star review.Customer service is pretty on top of things. They have been reaching out to me and will be shipping a new one that hopefully will work. I will update again regarding my experience the new replacement pair once I receive and spend time trying those ones.*UPDATE* - 7/14Remains 3 stars.Customer service tried its best by sending, in total, 3 different replacement pairs of headphones. My review stands firm at 3 stars only because of the customer care, otherwise 1 star for the product. It seems to be an issue with the actual product for pairing. I did get a troubling response at the end that the pairing issue is a "feature" -"Cuz it is featuring auto-pairing which means charging box keeps detecting whether the earbuds are fully charged or not, consuming power."I don't understand why the box would need to always know how much power the headphones have when I have them in my ear. The last pair I got had a problem of randomly saying "powering off" while I am in the middle of a phone call with them. I now use them as a back up to wired headphones unfortunately and will be looking for different wireless buds in the near future. I hope they make improvements to this product as it is a cool design and idea. I may give them another try down the line with a new release. Shout out again to the good customer service.

I really liked the original Pamu. I normally prefer earbuds/IEMS that sit inside the ear. The Pamu sits partially inside the ear canal by the eartips/nozzle, while the main housing hangs just outside the ear. The Scroll builds on that design, minus the earhooks, while having a much smaller housing. It does seem to pair/connect with my iPhone more quickly than the original Pamu, but I never had any issues with the Pamu. I have other True Wireless earbuds, but the Pamu and Scroll connect more quickly and easily. I do notice sometimes though that the earbuds will connect with my phone even when they are still in the charging case. This seems to happen with both models.Fit seems to be a little more tricky with the Scroll. The original Pamu stays in more securely with the earhooks. Choosing the right eartips seems to be more important with the Scroll, especially since it doesn’t fill the ear canal, but instead hangs partially outside of the ear. With that said, the Scroll is a lot smaller than the original, as well as most other TWS earbuds. I like the design of the charging case, it’s more stylish and a welcome change to the squared plastic boxes other companies provide. Sound wise, these are more balanced as most other earbuds are tuned with a boosted bass. You might not get the thumping booming bass, but in return you get better clarity and resolution. I haven’t fully tested the range, but I was in my basement with my iPhone and I noticed the icon on my phone indicating headphones were connected. Sure enough it was the Scroll, even though the earbuds were in their charging case in my bedroom on the second floor. This seems to be a trade off; no buttons to worry about also means the lack of a true on/off switch. Not a big issue as just having the earbuds connected without music playing doesn’t seem to be much of a drain on my phone’s battery.

Everything started with next day delivery, and good packing.Now that I’ve tested the headphones a few days I’m even happier. The headphones fit my ears well, and sound quality and bass exceeded my expectations.The long-lasting battery provides 4 hours of continuous use. Used the headphones for 12 hrs with brief interruptions (were I placed the headphones in the charging box).The charging box is compact and easy to carry, it charges the headphones on the go.Finally, headphones with the right price and good quality.

The product didn’t work well, neither one, unfortunately I live in Brazil, but I would like to sand back 4 itens and have my money back! One of them even works for only almost 30 days, them start to not charge anymore , the others 3 of them one never charged and 2 of them never even opened afraid of... please help me with all that?!

I love the size! I love the sound! It fits snugly and comfortably in my ears. The battery life could always be better, but acceptable for today's standards. The most important aspect is the sound quality...you get a full sound with pretty awesome bass for such small earphones. The charging case is also well designed and aesthetically pleasing to look at. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Received this products a few days ago, used it quite a few times. As of now everything seems good. They fit my ears well, and sound quality and bass impressed me a lot.They have multi-touch features as in you can tap/double tap to play/pause and activate siri or google voice which made it easy for me to play/pause without having to take out my phone. I could also make calls and send text with siri this way as well. Only somewhat bad side is that you can not adjust the volume on earbuds, you still have to do that on device which I hope they can improve it. Other than that, everything was great!

The sound is wanting, not clear and poor bass. The case offer poor protection to the buds and are actually not comfortable to wear. Nonetheless, dont fall when exercising, in the beginning, ince sweat takes in they slip a little. For the price definetly better choices

I received this product a few days ago and until now, everything's been good with them. These wireless earbuds fit comfortably. They are very easy to use. The sound quality is amazing for the price. They are less expensive than others half as good as them on the market. The charging case is handy and very easy-to-use and they hold their charge for hours. I am so pleased with them so far and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Lo compre en septiembre al cabo de dos meses fallo el derecho, por ende ya no funcionan y ahora que pido mi garantia debo de pagar por ello, no es posible que pagues por un producto que falla y debas pagar mas para que te den el que realmente "funcionara bien"

El envío un poco tardío pero valió la pena, son audífonos que te acompañan a todos lados ya que el estuche es práctico y bonito sobre todo, el sonido es su mejor atributo, se escuchan muy bien, mejor que los earpods en mi sana opinión.

Excelente producto, muy buen sonido, buen embalaje. Llegó en 4 días a México. Lo pude comparar con unos Galaxy buds, y la cancelación de sonido son mejores y los bajos están mucho más presentes. Excelente compra. La base de carga es más pequeña en vivo que en fotos.
