I have yet to place a speaker on it. The steel construction seems substantial. I am a bit worried if the plastic pieces are as fragile as the end caps on the riser which arrived broken in pieces.

Good buy, (mostly) solid build
Good quality, solid build for the price. Knobs are cheap plastic though and one broke in half. Taped it back together with some gaffer tape and it works fine.

Good value. I place 2 Peavey PR15 cabinets on EACH of the stands using On Stage SS7920 Dual Mount Speaker Brackets. Works fantastic.

clamps to tighten stand strip easily
These worked great until the clamp where you tighten the stands got stripped after a few gigs this year. Had them for only 2 years. The clamps on both stands are stripped and no longer feel safe to use.
