MANUAL start only, electric starter system inoperable
Got this for a great price at HD right after super storm Sandy. Have not had the chance to actually run my home on it. That being said, I start it once or twice a year to make sure it runs. The only negative I have is that either the battery, the charger rectifier, or the starter has gone bad, resulting in pull start only. 16 horsepower, not an easy chore. But I start it on regular gasoline, then once it smooths out, I turn the fuel line off and when the engine starts to sputter, I turn on the propane. All works well. Out of warranty, so the repairs are on me. I'll update when repairs are made.
