The product arrived in very good condition. They do work very well and my lens feel very comfortable after each clean. The unit has a nice non slip grip on the bottom and the accessories that come help prevent having to touch the lens before they go into my eye. The biggest downside about this is that the charging port does not have a soft cover to keep it protected from water or the sorts.. which I would’ve loved to see on this product because the lens compartment would need to be cleaned after each use. I cover the USB port as best I can when washing out the lens cleaning compartment.

You can really only do one contact at a time as the cleaning area is so small and contact float in solution. Also, the case is rusting where the solution cleans.

I’m someone who wear contact lenses for long periods at a time and sometimes having to go through the cleansing routine each day gets annoying, so I was very satisfied with this buy! On first look, it seemed the company put a lot of care into creating its packaging, it was attractive and high quality with all product components compacted into it. The product itself comes with a user manual, charging cable, 2 lens cases and a travel/carrying pouch (all of which feel and look to be of great quality). The device is pretty self explanatory, you fill the ultrasonic compartment with lens cleaner and start the process with the button. It stops automatically after 2 minutes, meaning you can leave it to sit while doing other stuff, results are quite effective as well and I look forward to continuing my use of this product!If there is anything that might be criticized, the ultrasonic compartment does require a good amount of lens solution for the lens to be submerged properly (consider the fact you might go through your lens solution more quickly). The contact lens case that sits within the device can also be difficult to remove, but this isn’t a problem if you already have your own case. Lastly, the lens are a twist and lock mechanism, and not the usual twist to open. For the whole user experience though, from unboxing to the use and usability of the product I think it’s definitely worth it!

I wear 30 day lenses and have for years. About a week before they were supposed to be changed, my eyes would get red and dry and irritated, so I was really only getting about 2 1/2 weeks' worth of wear. Infuriating as well as expensive. Then I saw this little device. The way I use it is thus: at the end of the day, I clean and disinfect my lenses and store them in a typical plastic lens case like you get at the eye doctor's. The next morning, I take the disinfected lenses and put them in my iclear, push the button and run the cycle. Then I rinse them with saline and insert the lenses into my eyes. Wow, what a difference! In fact, it just dawned on me this morning that I'm two months' past when I last changed lenses! All in all, my experience with this device has been excellent. With regard to the people complaining of the metal well rusting, I will say however, it is true that you MUST thoroughly dry the metal base after use or it definitely can rust. I just use a tissue for this purpose, making sure the metal well is completely dry, and subsequently have had no problems with rust. And charging it is no problem at all, as it comes with USB charger. A great little machine!

After using one or two months, I found out water penetrate the plastic bottom. It could not come out and get dirty. When I wear my contact lens, I cannot feel it is as clean as when I just start using this machine. It stuck dust and fiber flocks but it is hard to clean up. if you clean up, all the water left on the bottom. Hope you can improve your design.

This is a great product. I have really dry eyes and my contacts seem to last longer using this. I have tried a number of products. I do run two cycles each time though... just to be sure I have removed anything from my lens because I have to wear them so long. So far I like it.

I recently switched from daily disposable contacts to monthly disposable. I hate cleaning contacts. I tend to tear them or lint sticks to my dry fingertips and transfers to my lenses, so I prefer to limit the amount of time that I'm actually touching them. This gadget does a decent job of cleaning. Better than I do manually. A little cumbersome to get the hang of at first in terms of dropping your lenses in and grabbing them back out. I don't use the tools or lens case provided, but appreciate the thought. Uses a lot of solution. But I'm not tearing my lenses and they are cleaner than usual, so a fair tradeoff. :)

There is not a noticeable difference when using this and just using solution. Have tried everyday ( 7 days) on multiple types of contacts. Disappointed with how expensive the product was
