My ballet barre arrived undamaged and clean! The box is light-weight, which is nice when you're dragging it from your porch and up the stairs. The product is very sturdy, despite being lightweight. I have no idea why some reviewers are claiming it isn't sturdy.Very simple assembly, so no instructions are included. Just look at the picture on amazon if you need help.Get a strong man with a wrench to tighten the bolts to the wooden top bar. That's what will make it very stable. (I'm not talking about the height adjustment knobs. I'm talking about the bolts that secure the wooden barre to the metal legs.)I am 5'9 in height and the setting that is perfect for my height is one hole away from the max height. So if you are taller than me, there's still one more hole to make it taller!I can hang all 150lbs of me on this barre easily. It can definitely take far more weight. So I believe their 330lbs max weight claim.I bought this barre to practice ballet, but also to help work on my splits. I like hanging off the barre to help slide down into splits position because it helps me keep my hips square and my torso up.(My splits used to be really, really terrible. I used to be 16 inches off the ground when I first started!! I used yoga blocks and pillows to get down to the ground over the course of a year of daily stretching. Now that I'm trying to work on oversplits and making my normal splits super-effortless, I enjoy hanging off the barre for it.)So I wanted to make sure I got a barre that was sturdy enough and stable enough to handle my 150lbs weight hanging off of it.I weigh 150lbs because I'm tall, not wide. If you are too wide, you won't fit between the feet of the barre if you try to do splits like I do.I think the barre is pricey, but worth the money. Very happy with this purchase.

When my package arrived it was humongous! The box had a very large hole in it and when I opened it although it was wrapped up, the wrapping was dirty (perhaps because of the huge hole in the box). There were no instructions in the box, unless they fell out of the hole. I finally got it out together and it does seem a little unsteady, but it serves its purpose. Oh, also the bar doesn’t seem straight?

I do love this barre. It's the perfect shade of pink and the actual bar is good quality. My only complaint is that it is very light on the bottom and not very sturdy. You definitely cannot pull off of the bar it it will tip over. It wobbles a bit too, took a little manipulating to get it to stand straight.

My 4yr old daughter was so excited to get her ballet bar for Christmas!! However, it is extremely flimsy. I personally don’t trust my daughter using the ballet bar unattended. The stand moves causing the bar to fall.

Really great barre! It’s very sturdy and solid, super easy to put together, and looks nice! It’s the perfect height for me (I am 5’8) and also flexible in terms of being able to adjust it. Would def recommend this for practicing at home. I also added a linoleum floor mat for the wood floor to avoid slipping.

Great ballet barre. Strong, sturdy and very easy to assemble. The packaging wasn’t great. The parts were in an oversized box and not secure. However, all the pieces were there and assembly was simple. Excellent ballet barre for at home use.

Any piece of equipment needs to be tightened here and there. As long as this bar is kept well, you can hand, stretch, balance, and dance with it. Affordable and practical, wood is soft, and feels like a real ballet bar. Fits in a n average sized room.

Although it came in a box when we opened it there were no directions of any kind or paperwork from the manufacturer. When we pulled it out to put it together we found one of the legs was already put together and facing the wrong way so we had to change it. and the legs where they are painted white were covered with all kinds of grime, crap and rust. We had to get cleaner and scrub it clean, it took us about an hour because it was that bad. I would NEVER buy from this seller again. There's no way it was new and it was definitely advertised as such. With all of the work we did cleaning it, I never would have paid almost 100.00 dollars for it!! NOT HAPPY!!!
