Not been able to get it to work.
I was so excited about this product, but it's been unusable. I've tried to burn a regular DVD with it, but not had any luck. The seller suggested that I use separate software rather than just Windows 10 or Mac OS functions, but nothing has worked. Unfortunately this is going to have to be tossed. I have an old cheap plastic Samsung writer that works great, but doesn't read/write Blu-ray. I was hopeful this would replace it, but it does not work.

If something goes wrong you cannot get the disk out.

Does not play dvds at all
The unit is small and seems like a nice unit, but mainly got it for DVD's to play on vacation trips, will not play 4k, 3d, or blue ray, or even regular dvds. Not sure why, will have to return it.

False advertising
False advertising! Did not play any Blu Ray or 4k content. Plays DVD though.
