A couple of things to note: you will get some branches and leaves which are easily removed while washing the berries. It is not selective so every berry on the branch will be picked. Some may not be quite ripe and other may be over ripe. Since we use them in baking and jams this is not an issue for us. Even so If you are very picky you can sort them once you get home.
