SQHT's Height Increase Insoles, Shoes Lifts, Heel Lift Inserts for Leg Length Discrepancies (Large - 0.6" Height)

These lifts were perfect in dealing with pain from hip surgery that caused a height discrepancy. Easy to insert and comfortable to wear. Goodbye back and hip pain.

I did not adhere these to my shoes because I am undergoing achilles tendon surgery and will likely have to adjust the height several times. Currently, I have two stacked on top of each other to keep my heel in a raised position when I am not wearing the boot at night. Works great. They do slip around a bit because I did not stick them to the shoe. I

This is only the first day I am using the inserts, however, I can say I almost always rate at 5 stars. I am not able to do that right now. They do not stick in place as I had hoped they would. Needs more stickum? I will continue using them and hope they get better.

It does move around in your shoe very slightly. Lifts heal (wanted for heals hurting after long day) but push the foot forward and make your toes get a push to very front and pinch.

Dr recommended the 1” heel lifts (& PT) for my Achilles tendinitis. Without these lifts, I could only walk 1mi & had pain; with the lifts, I was walking 5mi with no pain (just some tightness).

I bought it for the cushion purpose because I am gaining weight and I have to stand for long hours occasionally. I think the thicker insoles the greater cushion. This pair just provides what I need.

Work great. I don't skip out of my shoes. They add just a bit a height but not enough to where family can tell, just looks like your standing with more confidence. They don't retain any smell. Good purchase.

These do the job but I wish they were larger to more fully support my size 13-14 foot to the arch.
