Now, don’t take my word for it…but this is a great deal if you’re need a bed and don’t want to pay a big box store for a low-quality bed. Our son had the option of us building a bed for him or he could pick one from Amazon. He picked this one and he couldn’t have been any happier. I set it up by myself and it took maybe an hour (we got the full size).I was pretty convinced we had mistakingly only gotten a headboard, but all of the pieces are packaged in the zipper portion of the back of the headboard. It was fairly simple to put together and it comes with a hex ratchet to tighten the bolts faster.For the price we got it ($201 after taxes) it was a dead steal. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the price fluctuation on here, but for what we got it for I’m super thrilled and most importantly my 11yo is absolutely super proud and loves it.

This bed frame was so easy to assemble. There were only 5 screws and everything else was partially assembled to make it very easy to follow. The box it came in was super thought out and everything was contained in the headboard. There were custom pieces of styrofoam to ensure that everything stayed in place. When we put it together, it was very sturdy and better than any bed frame we had assembled, most notably IKEA and American Furniture Warehouse. The headboard does not look cheap at all and it definitely gives a more grown up feeling, even though it's only a full size bed.This is a great price for the product and well worth it if you need a full size bed.

We'd been going back and forth about what to do for our kids beds.We had just upgraded our toddler to a big kid bed on the floor, and had put him in the room with bubba, who's bed was already off the ground. The mattress we got for both boys -- a full size from Sam's -- is, unfortunately, extremely thick. With our eldest, with a basic frame and normal box spring, the mattress sat high enough that he needed a step stool to get up to it.My thought to avoid that need now with the younger was to opt for a lower platform frame, providing more storage underneath and a lower overall height for the bed. Unfortunately, most platform frames I found had complaints of quality control issues or of squeakiness over time. Many were not compatible with the bed rails we had. Most had compatibility issues with headboards, which was something we wanted to consider as well.So we figured, okay; we'll buy another cheap frame and get a low profile box spring instead of a tall one. Brother will want to match too, but we can still use his frame. Should be fine.Then I looked at prices. For reasons I can't fathom, low profile foundations are double the price of their thicker counterparts, even within the same brand and line. No way am I going to shell out $500 on two box springs.After some discussion and research, we finally settled on this: a platform frame with a built in headboard. And we settled on this one in particular for the price, the brand, the reviews, the speed of delivery, and the cushioned headboard (needed for rambunctious and injury-prone children). We got one to try out before ordering a matching one for the elder brother.Pros:- Setup was more involved than I expected, but wasn't difficult. The kids helped put it together.- It's sturdy. No wobbling. No squeaking.- It's tall, which was important for the tall mattress.- It works with our bedrails. Because the top of the platform boards is flush with the frame, and because the width matches the width of the mattress, all of our bed rails work with this frame.- It looks good!- The kiddos love it.Cons:- Not surpassingly, the headboard is not thickly padded all the way through. However I was surprised at how thin the padding was. It's thin because the headboard is mostly hollow, housing all the components! Nevertheless, it's thick enough to make a big difference compared to bumping your head on drywall.- Overall, it only reduced the height of the bed by about an inch compared to the frame+box spring. So for our tall mattress a step stool is still a requirement for the younger brother.- despite being tall, the way that it is constructed purposely limits the height of what can fit under the bed. It's maybe an inch more than the basic frame and box spring. Not a biggie, and it probably gives it better aesthetics.In the end, we love it and big brother, who just smacked his head on the drywall again last night, is excitedly awaiting the delivery of his own matching frame.

Very easy set up, excellent materials, very sturdy. They included a very easy to use ratchet Allen wrench to assemble instead of the usual cheap L style Allen wrench that is difficult to use. I've previously purchased 2 other beds of the same style and similar price point from other brands and this one is far and away a lot better. It was packed very well and they even wrap the styrofoam packing material in plastic so you don't get styrofoam pieces all over when you open the box. Would definitely purchase from this brand again

I have been shopping around and read some comments about BED BUGS being apart of the Zinus lineups. I was skeptical. New bedframes with bedbugs? This frame looked great so I took my chance.I opened up the very neatly organized package and did a thorough inspection of the products headboard. Bed bugs are hard to find but if you’re caution like me bc you got them before.. you can find them.Found bedbugs within the headboard. Ugh. I was disappointed. The bedframe and headboard looked very good, it’s a shame bed bugs had to ruin a good thing.

Clean product, no bed bugs. Easy to set up although we messed up and it took about an hour and a half. Need 2 people. Looks and feels like a frame that's over $1000! We scored it on sale for under $300 so we're extremely happy despite it getting lost in transit, waited about a month for it. Worth the wait! Super sturdy and high off the floor, don't stub your toes either which is super nice. Our cat likes laying on the top watching us while we watch TV. Great bedframe, deal of a lifetime!

Quelle belle acquisition! Paquet bien emballé, arrivé rapidement, sans dommage, quand même assez lourd. Le liveur a aidé à le rentrer dans la maison. Tous les morceaux sont dans un compartiment dans la tête du lit fermé par une fermeture éclair. Il a été facile de le transporté au 2 ième étage en morceaux détachés. Facile à assembler (30 minutes). Feuillet explicatif clair. Merci pour le petit outil offert qui a facilité l assemblage. Très beau modèle, très solide. Les lattes sont fixées avec du vencro. Hauteur parfaite avec mon matelas en mousse de 9 pouces. Le matelas ne bouge pas car il est en mousse et adhère aux lattes. Il ne fait aucun bruit même si je retourne souvent durant la nuit. Nous avons reçus toutes les vis requises et il restait 1 de chaque grandeur. Aucune odeur, aucun dommage tout est parfait. Excellent achat, très bonne qualité. Recommande fortement cette compagnie Zinus.

I can’t say enough good things about this product - it looks incredible, it’s sturdy, the slats don’t move, and has simple instructions for building! All my friends comment on how great it looks (I have a friend who bought the bed frame after seeing mine, and 3 others who are interested), and it’s a steal for only $300.The only couple things I’ll add are since all the pieces are in the headboard, carrying it is definitely a two person job, and building it can be a bit time consuming if you don’t have another friend with an Allen key, as they only give you one (if Zinus is reading this, providing two Allen keys would be a nice touch). Needless to say, have someone around to help you with this, if possible.Overall, I do not regret this purchase one bit. I’m writing a review (when I normally don’t) because I love this frame, and people should check it out!

I liked the fact that all components were stored in the headboard making a relatively small shipping package. There is virtually no styrofoam in the carton. Assembly was very easy and quick. The included rachet wrench made the assembly so easy. I would certainly buy Zinus products again because of the ease of assembly and reduced packaging.
