Très bonne conception. Portant réellement solide mais attention à la finition , notamment au niveau des plastiques support des roulettes qui demeurent très fragiles/difficiles au montage.Il faut toujours procéder dans l'ordre suivant : introduire d'abord la roulette dans le plastique puis enfoncer le plastique dans le tube. Si le plastique présente quelques "points de blocage", un coup de lime douce arrangera l'affaire. Si ces support plastiques ont du mal à entrer dans les tubes, procéder de la manière suivante : les pousser tout en les faisant tourner/pivoter, cela évitera de les casser.Les modèles dits "occasions" arrivent hélas dans des emballages "défoncés", parfois sans roulettes.

Bought to replace one that broke, very much like the shop owned ones. It was easy to put together, is very sturdy and seems to be coping with the vast quantity of clothes we have put on it. Arrived in plenty of time, great quality for the price. Would recommend.

Firstly, the product is very well made, easy to put together and holds securely the very products you are trying to keep nice. Second, the after sales service is second to none. This is not the first time I have bought this product, but on this occasion there was a slight problem and I cannot speak highly enough of the way they resolved the issue. New part with me in under 24 hours. Will definitely buy from them again.

Good strong rail which was surprisingly easy to put together without tools..until it came to fitting the feet. They didn't fit properly in the tubing. Looks like the fittings are slightly too big. It took a fair few whacks with a mallet to get them almost all the way in. It was impossible to drive them all the way home. That's why only 4stars. Now that it's up I am happy. Looks good too.
