Beautiful, but weirdly larger than expected
This thing is beautiful and sharp as sin. The sharpener I like, though I doubt I’ll need it. The only knock I’d say is I expected it to be slightly larger than a paring knife, and it is huge, about the size of a santoku. Not a problem, just a surprise. It works well that I’ve seen thus far.

Amazing and versatile
This is my favorite knife I own. Perfect for guacamole because it slices through tomato with ease, the rounded tip perfectly fits the avocado shell to score and as with any decent knife, onions are no match for it. Also great as a spreader. The only caveat is make sure you pay attention to the blade because it is SHARP and that is disguised by it's user friendly appearance. Good cutting and happy days ahead with this knife!
