I bought my pair of Sennheiser HD 555 (semi open, no noise reduction) on August 2008, 12 years from now! Of course it came to a point where the earpads were flat and uncomfortable to wear after an hour (I also have glasses all day). I looked up some replacement and chose this product.The fabric seems to be the same to me than the original one, it come with the little plastic circle so you don't need to remove it from the previous ones (this is suppoesdly the most difficult part of the assembly), it comes with a tool to unconnect the earpads, some extra ear protections and a new headband.I am very happy about the product, for less than 20 pounds I have found my headset to be as comfy as it was when I bought it years ago, and fell in love with its incredible spacialisation capabilities.Go for it! I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Only had them on for a couple of hours but my old original ear cushions were worn out and had foam visible through the seals. New pads make the headphones feel new again, didn't bother with the head strip, but the ear pads are solid and feel good.

Principally all good. I bought this particular one because I wanted the top headband. The top cushion isn't a perfect fit on HD518 but it's fine. The material is fine but not amazing which is why I give a 4 star. The inner disk foam thing is a bit trash but I didnt use it/need it anyway. Does come with a prying tool.

Used these to replace my earpads on my 5 year old 598s - The old pads were pretty torn up but the headphones now look like brand new. I feel like these earpads are even comfier than the stock pads, and they were easy to replace. Definitely worth it.

Perfect fit for my 595s, can recommend these for that model.The ear cushions are slightly higher than the factory ones, which I found to be a great feature. Before I would have the inside of the headphones slightly touching my ears, which ended up being annoying when using it for a longer period. With these pads nothing is touching my ear.The pads feels nice, soft but firm enough to not be squishy.The headband being velour is way more comfortable than the PU padding that was originally installed on the headphones, no more chafing against the top of my head.Minor nitpick: The removal tool that came with it (looks like a guitar pick) wasn't all that useful, I ended up using a little plastic prying tool I had from before.

Prese per sostituire i padiglioni di una cuffia Sennheiser HD515, sono prfetti, si sono incastrati alla perfezione nell'alloggiamento. Ho sostituito anche il cuscinetto sopra la testa che l'originale ormail era completamente schiacciato.Ottimo prodotto lo consiglio.

Nicht ganz billig, aber Ohrpolster dieser Art sind nunmal Verschleißteile, vor allem nach so langer Zeit (> 10 Jahre). Montage erforderte etwas mechanisches Geschick, um nichts zu zerstören: aber nun sitzen die neuen Polster genauso gut wie die alten Originale und fühlen sich auch so an. Mal sehen, ob sie auch genauso lange halten...
