Best net I've had
Probably the best net I've ever gotten, it has a long handle when extended, and durable even when unfolded. There's so little and easy assembly that there basically isn't any.

Useful
Useful for bad birdies

Well made net
So far, I have rescued a hummingbird, two dragonflies and an eastern swallowtail butterfly from our open skylight in the breezeway. It’s lightweight and sturdy enough for my purposes and I like the collapsible pole. I wish the pole was a foot longer so I didn’t need the ladder though.

Far better than my expectation.
I played “where did my birdie go” & “peek a boo” with the net and no time at all he likes how it feels. Few days later he don’t want go to his cage go ny nite, rather the chase a full flight bird around the house, I see his don’t want to body language then we scoop him up to bed.

Great for removing bats from house
I've had a bad bat problem this year. I purchased a different net a few months ago which was ok, but this one is way better! The fine mesh ensures they can't crawl thru the net before you get it outside. The telescoping handle felt secure (I had it extended about 2.5-3ft). Overall a 10/10 achieved in its first 🦇 relocation!

Perfect bird catcher!
I hoped that this would be sturdy enough for my needs and it was perfect. I have two story soaring ceilings in the main area of my house. This opens on to my largest patio and I have been having a problem with birds, mostly hummingbirds, flying in the open patio door and then frantically flinging themselves at the large windows trying to escape. The very next day after receiving this I walked into the kitchen to find my two cats staring up at a panicked hummingbird. All I had to do was grab the net and a paper plate. I stepped up onto my step ladder, easily captured the little bird in the net, covered the opening with the paper plate so he wouldn’t escape until I could step outside and let him goSO MUCH EASIER than catching them with a tea towel. The handle was long and sturdy enough for my needs and the net was durable. Several days later there was a larger bird in the upstairs bedroom. Worked fine for him too.Now if I see Alfred Hitchcock hanging around, I’m going to start worrying about all these birds.

Fairly well engineered, but weak at plastic joints
Had mine about a year and was using it to catch .5-1" minnows in a freshwater canal. First broke the handle, bent, but didn't snap off. Managed to get it round enough to collapse that section and keep using it. Next break was at the plastic ring joints on the two sides where the top of the ring joins the rest of the "U". Handle also became loose from the loop at the joint with use, but never let go. Good value, but definitely not the sturdiest.
