Seems to work perfect for the generic brand of Zyrtec! Recommend by the ears, nose, and throat doctor for my daughter's allergies. I only use 1/2 tablet since it tends to make you a bit groggy and foggy. I take it during the morning with my other vitamins and pills. My daughter takes hers after dinner. Dr. did say "not before bed?"

It's a tiny little pill with not much else than the actual cetirizine hydrochloride, which is what any customer wants: a pure product without fillers. Pack Pharmaceuticals offered me a coupon this time, too, which was nice. I have used these Cetirizine tablets by Pack Pharmaceuticals for years in the spring and summer when I go camping. I keep a bottle in all of my first aid kits and boat. These pills have saved more than a handful of camping trips, and hunting trips. I have not noticed any side effects or anything odd. They usually work for me the same day. A great product and east to swallow tablets.

I've been taking Zyrtec for a couple years now, and since changing over to this brand I haven't seen any difference. So I would have to say it works as good as the name brand. I have given this drug the exact same rating I would have given the name brand. No 5 star, because the drug itself is not perfect!
