Bridge Construction Equipment First Edition

It's a great book for practicing bridge professionals. It may not be suitable for beginners. It is one of the very few books on the rather neglected subject of bridge construction process. My copy, which I purchased from Amazon, is heavily highlighted :)It is a critically important book for bridge construction professionals. The knowledge in the book, if utilized properly can lead to great results in bridge projects.Many cutting edge construction techniques are discussed.One improvement I wish to suggest, is to simplify the diction, because the book gets a little tedious to read at times. Also, considering the cost of the book (a fraction of Indian construction professionals' paychecks), it would be nice to have color photographs and illustrations.

This book provides a great overview of modern bridge equipment.A must have for bridge designers as well as temporary work designer.
