Actually works. Definite evolution in snorkel gear, but works as promised.
I have to revise my review of this product. I used it in our pool and it wa great. Breathing was far better than regular snooker, easy to use and view was clear. I then tried it in Hawaii and flound the mask fogged up a lot, to the point where I switched back to a normal snorkel. I just could not see enough, I am still trying to adjust it and look for tips but for now I have to edit my review to a lower rating, sorry.Actually works! I was skeptical when I purchased this item, I have not snorkeled in some time and am used to the old face mask and tube. But this really worked - I have only tried it in a pool so far, heading to Hawaii later -- but it worked. It was a snug fit, water did not get in and I was able to breathe and have a very clear, very wide view. I am very pleased with the purchase. Still need to get it out in the ocean, but so far, so good. And the stationary breathing tube at the top is so much easier than the old stand alone tube. A slight note, it's a little hard to breathe in the mask, you just have to slow your intake down a bit. But still, much easier than biting a piece of rubber. Very good product, can't wait to get out in the ocean.

Not Impressed with the performance of this mask...
I was really disappointed in this product when I brought it all the way to Catalina on vacation to try it when I find out that I cant snorkel for more than a minute until enough water has seeped into the breathing compartment that I need to clear it. I know that this sounds like user error, but my family also bought several other brands of this mask and they, including myself had no issues whatsoever with them. We tried making it incredibly tight to the point where it hurt your face and same issue kept occurring. I tried adjusting it to different positions on my face and even tried it on some other people to see if it was just my face shape that didn't allow it to seal, but no luck. We all had the same leaking problem. I would also like to add, although I believe that this is probably the case with all of these style masks, going any deeper then about 7 feet underwater with this mask on is not really possible. Not only does the large mask press very hard against your face due to the pressure, but the seal always breaks and large amounts of water leaks in. (This also happened to my family members who bought similar masks, but different brands.) Overall, I really liked the idea of these masks but was not impressed with the performance at all, so much that I immediately returned the mask when I returned from my trip and am looking for another brand. Hope this review helps, I recommend buying a different brand mask though. (There are cheaper ones out there too)

Fits tight!
I bought it actually for upcoming cruise to Carribean, but I already tried it in the pool. It fits tight and it doesn't leak. You see much more than in an old-style mask. It It fits even my 4 years old daughter and we use it in the bathroom :))

Tips for the Water Fearing
As someone who is afraid of swimming, I was very skeptical. However, this mask worked beautifully. I did have a bit of a panic attack my first attempt, however, so here are some tips for the similarly water-challenged:Find something to float on while you snorkel. Wrap a life vest around your waist or get a raft and lay sideways.Avoid the instinct to breathe deep when you put your face in. I know from experience, deep breaths will cause you to feel claustrophobic very quickly and it is not fun.Weird as it sounds, it was easier to breathe when I had my head down. Almost as if the water was cooling the breath on the way in. It made it fresher to breathe and not as stuffy.Try to avoid getting water in the mask for as long as possible. It will take longer to fog if it is kept dry. If it does fog, take it off, rinse it out, and put it back on.In summary: I would NEVER have considered myself the type to actually enjoy snorkeling. Because of this mask, I can definitely say it was one of the highlights of my trip. Solid investment I will be recommending to everyone!

Great for swimming on the surface
This mask/snorkel is great for surface level snorkeling and gives you a great view. If your are someone who enjoys swimming down in the water 10-30 feet while snorkeling this is not the best mask. At around 6-8 feet down the pressure presses the mask too tight around your face. Because it it a full face it doesn’t allow you equalize, unless you can equalize without pinching your nose.My kids all have one of these and they enjoy swimming in the surface with them.

LOVED IT
I bought two kinds; this one has a mostly flat face, the other is rounded. I like this one much more because the other made me feel a little motion sick because the vision is slightly distorted, like looking through a round bubble. I did NOT have that problem with this one!I swam for 2 weeks, for several hours at a time. It was fabulous! If there is problems fogging, which sometimes happen, just put a little tear free baby shampoo inside and rub around. takes care of the fogging.

Better than traditional 2 piece snorkel and mask
Here is what my ten year old son, who I bought this for, had to say about it:The mask worked well and once he learned how to adjust it correctly, it didn't get water in it. He liked being able to see all around him, and being able to go deep underwater and not have water come in the snorkel. However, he said that if he wore it too long, he got a headache. We are going to try to tweak the adjustment to see if that will help.

Fit great, no leaks!!!
I was really surprised this worked so well. It’s price point was too good to pass up and I cannot state enough how natural it felt to breathe while snorkeling in this mask. I’m a huge fan.
