If you want a key safe, this isn't it. As noted in other reviews it is pretty flimsy and one might argue that it is overpriced. All I wanted was a place to put the three dozen keys in my drawer. The keeper for the center panel is pretty flimsy and can get out of place. This probably explains some folks' problems with opening it, so make sure it doesn't bend out of position. Although there are two mounting holes in the back, I cut them into keyhole slots so that I could take it off the wall quickly in case of evacuation (Florida hurricanes). Otherwise it works just fine as a place to organize and store a bunch of keys. I already had my keys on key tags, so the nice fobs they include were redundant.

Work well

I had to break into the box to get the lock to move. I am assuming that a key was stuck in the lock. The lock is not as sturdy as the box. Overall it is doing what I intended.

It came with the necessary screws and wall anchors and was easy to install. There are plenty of key fobs, and the rings aren't too difficult to pry open, which I appreciated. The door wants to hang a smidge crooked when it's open, so you have to lift it slightly to get it to fit correctly, but other than that, it's a great deal for the price.

Needed a one stop lockbox for an abundance of keys. ATV, lawn tractor, trigger locks, backup car keys, boat trailer, etc. are now all in one secure spot in the garage. Combo lock means I don’t need to store another key. Not saying someone couldn’t pry it opened but it would take some effort. The plastic tags are cheesy so I bought a bag of paper key tags. Sticky tags don’t stick for long.

I was having a big problem keeping up with the keys to the doors, cars, cabinets and equipment at my house. This key cabinet has been a big help to me with organizing my keys. I especially liked the multi-color key tags, which allow me to get the right key at a glance. I did spray paint the key cabinet to match my interior walls, but that was no problem at all. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to get better organized. Thanks.

Bought it to keep extra keys around the house to be all in one spot. The box seems sturdy and the lock is easy to use. So far so good.

This was the best until it started to not unlock AT ALL!!!
