The ear phone are designed for left ear / right ear - making the fit snug but comfortable.When using the phone - the reception is very clear and I am told by those I am speaking with - they can hear me clearly.I am able to run with these in my ears and even through perspiration, they stay in.I am thrilled with this purchase and do highly recommend it -

Very pleased for an alternative to the Apple AirPods for the price! I really love this stylish earbuds. From their apperance, they're small and compact, i take them with me anywhere.Most of the time i use them to listen to music, and find them good sound quality.Battery life is as advertised.A little issue is that they may not sit quite well, i need to readjust them sometimes.Hope they can improve that in future.Overall, i am a satisfied buyer.

I listen constantly to books. When walking the dogs daily I had been using a pair of Shure Bluetooth headphones which I loved but the cord between the two ear buds was constantly getting in the the way of the dog bag or would pull to one side and was just in general not comfortable. They did sound great and work great.I decided to try these Bluetooth ear buds which are not connected by a cord as I knew that would solve the issue I had with the Shure cord. The controls for volume etc. on the Shures was on the cord connecting the buds. With these you are supposed to be able to tap different places on the back of the ear bud to access the forward chapter, volume, call pick up etc. While it may work occasionally if you manage to hit the thing just right, in general it is a crap shoot as to whether your touch will elicit the desired result. After numerous misses I just pull out my phone and take the decided action on it (i.e the source).Unlike the Shures I have no idea how much battery is left after I have used them for a while. I know that the light on the carrying case is supposed to tell you but with mine, it only shows lights when I plug it into an outlet which means on the go where there is no outlet around I have to guess as to whether I need to recharge. The Shures would tell you the battery status on start up (i.e more than 4 hours, more than 2 hours, less than 2 hours, or signal when need to charge)As to the sound they are fine for listening to audible books. They are not great for music in comparision to the Shure blue tooth set I own. It seems also that you occasionally loose the sound completely in one side or the other while listening for a few seconds, which is distracting. As I read the instructions removeing the right one from your ear turned them off. I have not found this to be the case. You have to actually put both of them in the case to turn them off. As when walking the dogs, I frequently stop to talk to neighbors, I loved the Shures where I could tap on the in line control to pause. With these I have to take out my phone and stop the recording as removing the right one doesn't do anything and I continue to hear out of the left bud. Of course given that the controls on the ear buds don't work as the instruction book says they should, I would have to pull out my phone to stop the playback in any event. I think having the controls on the back of the ear buds is just a poor design choice regardless of what brand you purchase as I have tried others in the past where the controls were on the earbud and found that there was no reliablitlity in the controls.They are comfortable. I have had them fall out several times when I bend over to pick up the dog poo and as I fear they will eventually land right in the poo one day, I now remove them before bending!I definitely love the abscence of the cord and it is for that reason I decided to keep them even with all their flaws. I see there are a bunch of ones in the same style as this available. I selected these after reivewing cost and reviews from other customers.Lets face it if you want premium sound you are going to need to be wired in and purchasing a far better pair of headphones. But if you want these for listening to audio books and/or your not particularly about the qualioty of sound when listening to music, these are a decent deal for under $50UPDATe: Nov 2019, less than 6 monthes later and the left works only occasionally and the right came apart when lifted out of the charigng case. Before they broke completely I found that if the phone was behind me in my pocket I or in my dog bag would loose the signal. Basically I have to keep my right ear in line directly with the phone or the signal cuts in and out.Can't recommend these at this point.

Ive spent weeks reading reviews and spec sheets for ear buds to the point of madness. There's just too many manufacturers out there producing crap. These buds are not crap , but sadly they did not meet my expectations. The touch actions are not responding well at all ,they state that they are blue tooth 5th gen. I find this hard to believe seeing how they drop signal far before my old 4th gen BT tethered or other in ear bud. With my old in ear generic brand I can walk from bedroom to kitchen which is aprx 30 steps . The pad mate drops signal at 15 steps. So they cannot even match an older version of BT. Also they are not as comfortable as I would expect. I wear at least one bud aprx 12 hours a day between work and leisure. One of the buds actually popped out of my ear and landed 4 ft away from me. I was walking slowly in my garage when this occured. I would have been pissed if I was running or walking the dog through a trail and this happened. I would never have found it if that had happened in another environment. So will be returning these due to failure to meet many important expectations. P.s the charging case has the USB plug in the worst spot! The bottom!! No idea how they fudged this up ? Should have had the plug on the side so the case could stand upright lol

My Birthday was in April and it took me a month to decide what to get with my Birthday money, so, I found these ear pieces and purchased them to replace a over the ear old fashioned type headphones that the plastic and foam just crumbled apart.The ear pieces pair nicely with Samsung Galaxy S9 and my HP Pavilion laptop. I can use both pieces at the same time or only use one to make or receive a call. The sound and base are excellent and very clear, clean, crisp. The charging station helps keep them clean and on standby when the station is fully charged. I am so happy with this purchase that I would highly recommend these ear pieces.
