radio power supply...good deal.
I wanted to get two radios off one supply so I bought this supply to put my 10m Anytone AT6666 on it...it works good, no issues with power...and it has USB so I will likely be using this power supply to charge my phone while I'm doing near the radios. so far this has been a good deal on buying another power supply, and I'm likely in need of one more for another packet station. -GL all.

Bench Testing DC Power Supply
Well built DC switching power supply. Came well packaged and with a 1 year warranty. I'm using this one, PSV90 in my shop on my workbench to test various automotive accessories before installations, and so far its proven to be very reliable.

Works Well for Moderate Power Radio
I bought this power supply to support a 20W mobile radio and it seems to work fine. I am not sure whether the USB power outlet is working properly since my phone did not indicate it was charging when I tried it.

Just check your radio secs and ensure those specifications match the converter
I was expecting my package much later boy was I surprised that my package arrive right on my birthday however, I like simplicity of the setup 1,2,3, and done! The pyramid universal compact made it simple to convert my CB form DC to AC.

Value for your investment
nice clean power for mobile devices at an affordable cost.It reduced the need to acquire a separate base station andan added feature is the 5V @ 2A USB charging port. This alsois a good bench supply for quick troubleshooting.should i need another PSU, i would consider PYRAMID again.

Nice Little Power Supply
I needed a small power supply for my mobile radio connected to my Allstarlink node. This works well, I have not noticed any noise. I would like it if they would have provided a plug for the cigar lighter plug but that is a minor complaint.

Important Hobby In Need Of Power Supply
Got this $500 kegerator at a thrift store for $15. Power supply eventually went bad. Tried 3 different small power packs via Amazon that eventually died or did not have enough juice to power fan, thermistor cooler and temp control board. This does PLUS the digital read out (also from Amazon) that if need be I can splice in a relay to control temp as well. Will see how this one does. Per the spec this power supply DOES NOT have a built in cooling fan, 12 amp unit does.

Charging through USB port.
I ordered my first unit and a few days later connected my iPhone X to USB port. There appears no charging display indicator on my phone. I returned the unit to be replaced. Got the replacement the next day and realized charging a completely drained phone it did charge over night. Other than that the per supply works as expected. The second unit ordered did the same as the first. It would have been nice if the USB did charge the Iphone like a iphone charger but my main reason was to be able to pwr my amateur radio with a 12V DC connection which worked fine.

Delivers a solid 13.8v and lotsa RF noise.
On the plus side, it runs cool and delivers a solid 13.8v. Unfortunately -- like many cheap switching supplies -- it generates RF noise across the HF spectrum, and therefore isn't suitable for my intended use of powering an HF transceiver. I should've spent the extra $ and got a real communications power supply.

Couldn't produce enough juice to transmit when using the Icom-2100 FM Transceiver.
When hooking up to a regular 12v Battery, the radio would work fine, but when hooking this power supply up. It would fail to send enough power to transmit. It did have enough to receive, but not to send. Perhaps it was just this one unit, but wasn't impressed as they should have all been tested before putting them on the market.
