iBattz Mojo Armored 1700ma ip4/4S PURPLE (IB-ABC-PPL-01) Category: Cordless Phone Batteries

I bought my iBattz case for iPhone 4 through Amazon seller uNu in August. It has the durability of an Otter Box, but with the convenience of the extra battery. I previously had a Mojo battery case and it broke within the first 2 months of owning it, just from jostling around in purse, it was never dropped. I have accidentally dropped my iBattz, splash it with water, etc. and my phone has been protected. The extra battery gives me almost another full day of charge. I have loved this case, so I was really upset when it stop working a couple of weeks ago! I emailed both iBattz and uNu and iBattz responded within a few hours. Granted, the first email seemed to be from someone who did fully grasp the English language and basically told me how to charge my phone by plugging it into an electrical socket. I replied, in perhaps a not so nice manner, and explained that I how I figured out that it was the back battery case that was not working and they quickly sent me a replacement (my further communications were from someone more appropriate). uNu on the other hand replied to my request about 5 days later with a generic email saying that they no longer carried the product and to have a nice day. In summary, love the product, happy with customer service, but purchase directly from iBattz and NOT from uNu.

I love this. It solves two huge problems for me. First, I am a battery whore. My phone is in heavy use 12-18 hours a day and seldom is charging an available option for me. This external battery supply comes with not one but 2 reserve batteries. The really remarkable thing is, however, I have only had to put in the second reserve battery ONCE in the last 6 months. I know, right!?Second, I'm a klutz. A huge, two left-footed, ten thumbed KLUTZ. I trip up stairs, stumble over shadows and have an almost preternatural relationship with gravity. My last external battery case probably would still be working if it hadn't suffered sudden deceleration trauma, about 20 times. This case is well designed to absorb and repel my clumsy attempts at killing it because of the heightened gravitational field that seems to surround me. I think I've dropped it at least once, probably closer to three times a day, every day since I've gotten it. It just laughs derisively at my clumsy attempts at tech-murder.Now if only my shins came with this kind of protection, I'd be set!

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my daughter. She tried the Mophie Juice box which failed and broke into pieces after less than 6-months. I bought the ibattz for her to try. It worked excellent for three months; however, the battery case stopped charging. We got in touch with ibattz customer service via email to see about a replacement. The communicatoin and customer service was superior and speedy! We worked with Robin and she was very efficient! They sent us a new case and now we are back in business! Thank you, ibattz!!!

My iphone doesn't die halfway through the day now! It drains the battery in the case first, then the phone battery. Even comes with 2 batteries for case. Works great!

this is the case I been looking for there some stuff I don't like the charging button way to sensitive when it's in its case it. gets hot way to fast but it does charge my phone all the way up other then that it works great

worst ever. gets far too hot. no one can hear you. too many pieces to put together. easier to find in purse, but butt ugly.
