I got it for work I work in a meat room cut meat 2 days a week works great with chicken and pork but beef you have to touch it up every now and then with steel but it hold a edge very well works great very well made very happy with it，This is the easiest, foolproof way to sharpen knives. i have used several types over the years and this truly is the easiest with the best outcome.
