much better than those cheaper coffee bean holders. however there is a difference between ceramic and stainless steel...the stainless steel airscape is superior by far in being airtight ofc. the ceramic airscape has its flaws and after using for so many years it becomes very apparent sadly. like the inner lid has a fair amount of give to leave it angled without realising esp if the jar is only half filled. also the foot pads could do with being wider as the footpads are too small and on my kitchentop it would slide a bit when expelling air out with the inner lid. mine is at medium size and i would say that by the time i get close to the bottom quarter of the coffee beans left in the ceramic airscape there is a notice in stale taste in the coffee and it takes me 3-4months to drink through 500g of coffee beans.

It is probably great at storing beans without much air. I have no issues here.However I do not enjoy usability. Whole thing is quite slippery and I am always afraid I will drop it accidentally when taking it out of shelf.Also finish on bamboo lid was not exactly great in its lower part. It does not interact with coffee so I was not exchanging it, but it felt sort of dirty, or how to put it...I would probably not buy it again, do prefer Coffee Gator container (although that one is without vacuum valve).

Eliminates oxygen and keeps your coffee tasting great. Simple design. Looks great on the kitchen side.

Great for coffee beans but after ordering a few I found that some seem to have a slightly wider circumference than and hence don’t create a good vacuum.

Just what I needed. I only open half-pound bags at a time and the last scoops are as aromatic as the first.

These are very effective to keep coffee fresh. Had it for nearly two weeks and the coffee has remained fresh. The inside has a seal with handle that goes down into the container as far as necessary. You can hear the air being expelled. The canisters are very stylish and look great on my counter. I would recommend, even though expensive, it is worth it to have great tasting coffee each day.

Looks good and performs well with air released when pushing down inner seal. Beans maintain freshness and a full 250g bag is held easily. Lovely item. Couldn't find anything that works better.
