I use it to treat my spouse’s right supraspinatus pain. She damaged her arm during a hard effort opening of a sticky car trunk hood. Generally pain level reduced to 50 to 75% for an average of 4 to 5 hours after each application. It is a very light cream with pleasant smell and she like it. Overall result is good but it is expensive. If one in a lot of muscle pain this cream should help.

A couple of my hand knuckle, closest to my fingertips will sometimes flare-up and ache. I bought this to specifically to treat that ache. It worked! I used a small amount and massaged it into the entire finger, focusing on the joint. About 30 minutes later as I was gaming, I noticed that the knuckle no longer ached! It was worth the investment for me.

This cream has proven to be very effective for muscle pains. My daughter gets pain on her legs at night because she has flat feet and we have been rubbing this cream on her feet and legs. It is soothing and it penetrates the muscle taking away the pain. I highly recommend it.
