Its a good small cooler, a bit pricey for its catagory but cools well. You need to keep it on low setting as it makes high noise, otherwise it works well. My suggestion is to go for a bigger cooler as this one is very small (2.5 ft) and only good for 2 person and a small room. You can buy a big 50 or 70 L capacity cooler with 3 side cooling pads for better cooling for additional 3 thousand. The only con for this cooler is this is having a small tank, that runs out pretty quickly (5Hrs or so) But it cools really well and highly recommended for small rooms (less than 80Sq/ft).

Worst cooler in terms of cooling. You have to sit completely in front of the cooler with a distance of 1 feet to get somewhat cool air otherwise you are getting a hot air blow if at a distance. Also, it's not ideal for more than one person at a time because if it swings to another side then you will feel heat again. As it doesn't cools as claimed by Symphony. I tried it with ice cubes but no much difference. My rool never gets cooled by it. However sufficient air is there. You will get cool air only when it's raining outside or a bit in night otherwise I sweat while sleeping even in night in this cooler due to heat. I had read a lot of negative reviews and still didn't trusted them but now I realized the mistake.Mosquito repellent is just a show not efficient enough to protect you from mosquito bites.Touch is good.Remote works at a distance of 1 metre max. So, not much efficient. Even the remote of my geyser works upto 3-4 metres range.There are 5 fan modes- high, medium, slow, natural and sleep. I can hardly find any difference between high, natural and sleep mode. They are just for god sake.I hadn't tried humidity control mode. But cooling mode is worst.Also, I'm not sure about it's memory. Sometimes after switching on it starts with pre setted functions but sometimes not. And technician also didn't answered it.I had to call technician 4 times in a month which is also very troublesome.However, it's small and cleaning is quite easy. I must admit this.I'm not sure about Touch 110 but Touch 35 is not worth it. If you seriously want something smart then go for Touch 110 otherwise I will suggest you either go for Symphony Winter or Jumbo model if you want some cooling. But if you want to waste your money then you can go for this one.

This is an OMG product I will recommend you to buy this product because it is fully loaded of features and the main thing about that is it also gives cool air.So now let me give a detail about this product features.UV light function is to amazing because you can detect how much water is filled in that.It is also having 5 speed fan mode,sleep timer,voice assistance, mosquito repellent hz sound.And the main thing that looks cool in this is its fully functional light touch panel which is working very awesome but I don't like its remote controller although it is working very perfectly but it just look like a toy even if it's got slip from hand it spreads into pieces because the quality of it is not very much good.You can also see the pictures I have given above and you can see that how small it is even it is smaller than the chair.But it has a fantastic body and although it looks cools.But it is not durable due to cheap plastic used.WarningOnly adequate for one or two persons not for the whole room.Can't cool the room even after 4 hour continuation.

Cooling is not good enough for small rooms.

The cooler easily cools a nice big room and if you add ice, it’s great. The swing is great and the throw is also adequate enough till 6-7 ft away.The only drawback I felt was, the audio feedback / it has a speaker which announces the mode and instructs the user to open windows etc for better cooling. It is very irritating - if there is a switch to permanently switch off the speaker it would be great.Right now, even if you switch off the speaker, and switch off the cooler, after switching it on, by default the speaker starts instructing and the sound is irritating. Especially if there is a baby sleeping around it. Although it might be necessary for some people, An option to switch it off permanently would be great.

Firstly, as usual, Amazon ensuring commitment is TOP class. Never disappoints the Customer.Never expected this performance from One of the Best Air Coolers in India, Symphony. I got the product yesterday, tried with Normal Water, Ice Water and Cubes. Very Noisy, but its quite natural in this segment of coolers. No chillness at all. Very slight difference when compared with Fan air. Just to record, I had used the cooler by switching on the Cooling function. I can rate 5 stars for its very cute look, option to detach water tank for hygienic maintenance and Sleep mode. Not sure about Mosquito repellent option. And there is no function for horizontal swinging on the touch panel as shown in the video. It can be adjusted manually. But main objective of cooling is not happening and other options are of no use to lift this product. Am going to return this item and look at other options.

Reviewing after a more than a year, this is our 2nd summer and working well.The motors can throw the cool air (when added water) upto 10 feet on high speed.The swing flaps are still working fine and smooth.Adding water and cleaning from bottom is super convenient, just open the supporting flap and throw the sedimented water that accumalates over time after several use.The cleaning of honey comb pattern is a bit time consuming, requires a screw driver.It does make a sound of gushing wind.Easy to maneuver in house since it has wheels, light weight.Happy with purchase.

Ever since I have purchased this product it has shown some or other issues.... Last yr technician had to replace it's motor within 2 months of purchase. It's plastic components are not of good quality. Now again it has started leaking from side walls.
