Ford Mustang GT Wireless Computer Keyboard and Mouse -- White

Compared to the ROADMICE brand Mustang GT wireless mouse that I bought two years ago at a Ford dealership, the LANDMICE mouse has PLASTIC "tires", as opposed to rubber (or rubber-like) "tires" on the ROADMICE version. The bodies are nearly identical, but the chassis on each differ significantly: the ROADMICE chassis has slippery gliders which move the mouse silently and effortlessly. The slippery gliders on the LANDMICE car do not even touch the mouse pad; so the mouse noise is a result of the plastic "tires" rubbing across the mouse pad, a pad of any texture. The keyboard letters and numbers are silent, broken by the noise of the space bar, noisy compared to my Logitech brand wireless keyboard. Though the reader may liken these noisy mouse and space bar complaints to "nitpicking,' believe me, the noise of the mouse on the pad is annoying, not to mention the drag caused by improper engineering. I will try to do a fix by putting teeny-tiny felt pads on the plastic tires to see if this helps. Or return the set. I can live with the space bar keyboard noise. Maybe. Maybe I just need to return it.

the mouse is not practical !

I really like my keyboard, all coworkers at the office really wants to buy their own, I mean I own a mustang so it makes sense for me to buy one, thank you.

This keyboard / mouse set is fantastic. The keyboard has a nice feel to it, and I love the mouse! It arrived in time for Christmas and was well packaged!

Received it much sooner than I thought. This was an amazing deal, and will make a great Christmas gift for my uncle.
