Received in 2 days as stated by Amazon when ordered. Even the Headphone's box which it came was well thought out and shows forethought and quality. Good instructions and worked first time. Very soft intermittent clicking in headset, so as per instructions, went to channel 2 and clicking gone. Unlike Bluetooth, works out of line of sight of TV in other rooms, even up stairs. The antenna in the Headset, by design, has to be somewhat directional. So if you are away from the TV in another room and you turn your head perpendicular (90deg) to the TV ( if you were watching TV direction), the sound drops off a bit. Not the manufacture fault and you have this small issue with even very expensive wireless anythings. The volume control is one of nicest I have used. Seller is on the ball and sent me a follow up Email quickly.

No Range: I could walk from my TV out to the deck and loose reception. No matter what I did, it would not work through the walls and outside the house.Charging: Would not fit in the charging cradle long enough to get a good charge. Keeps popping out.Cheap material: Dropped them on the floor and the head gear broke into.Currently in my recycle bin.

I use the product watching TV. I have a very difficult time getting the headphones to turn on and then returning them to the cradle and connecting them to charge. I don’t want to struggle with something that should be simple like my last pair that was not your brand. The sound quality is good when it finally comes on.

I'll start by saying that I use these a lot, and really like both the sound quality (for the price) and the feature set. I've got them hooked up to the optical (TOSlink) output from my TCL TV, and the sound is clear, with relatively good dynamic range, especially for the weight. The RF system provides the no (noticeable) latency expected from an entirely hardware based design, and the range is good. I've gotten about 30 feet away and outside the house before it starts to drop the signal - in other words, it can -almost- go through an exterior wall or floor with no problem.Other reviewers have complained about the charging base cradle. It's not perfect, I'll agree, but it's functional. The issue is that you have to make sure the pivoting ear cups are placed in a specific way so that the two charging contacts on the left align with the pins in the cradle. After a few tries, I didn't have any problem with them.I'm sure they could improve this design so things would fit better, and if they did I'd also like to see a wall mounting provision. I've got these stashed behind the screen, which works, but the current base is really intended to be placed on a flat surface.I have yet to see the battery die on me, though the longest I have worn them is about 3 hours while housecleaning. They were comfortable for that entire time, similar to other lightweight over the ear headphones.

Product was packaged very securely and arrived undamaged. Setting up the headphones was a snap because the directions were very clear. All wires were included. I used the optical connection and it worked fine. The unit has three frequencies to choose from and you simplify press the power button the the number of times that corresponds to the frequency setting the cradle switch is set to. The only problem I had was getting the headphones to sit correctly in the charger. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me a solution which seems to work fine now. Sound quality is excellent and range is fine all over my house. The unit is comfortable on my head for an evening of watching TV. I am satisfied for now. I hope they will be long lasting. Only time will tell.

Headphones have no range at all would cut out within 15 feet of the base of the headset. I have returned the product.

Love my headphones. My husband can sleep without me waking him up with the tv on. You can hear clear sounds with no static. I first connected the head phone to my iPhone. The sound quality was awesome.Highly recommend them to anyone.

I really like these wireless headphones! I live in a town house and I can all the way the 1st level of the house and still get food sound quality.
