I suffer from sleep apnea. This product has two major defects: 1.) the top does not really lock onto the bottom. One needs a strong lock to resist the backwords movement of the jaw, and so provide good air flow. There are little indentations by which the top can be pressed into the bottom, like legos, but far less secure, and they come right out again. In a word: useless for sleep apnea sufferers. 2.) the SIZE is incredibly small. I have a small mouth, but this would be small even for a child. Even if it worked as a mandibular advancement device (it does not - see point 1 above), it is too small to really connect with the teeth in an even small-mouthed person. I might further say that the instructions were translated, seemingly, from some oriental language into English, so that the English didn't even come close to making sense. Being familiar with MAD's, I could understand what the directions were trying to say, but the English grammar and usage was laughable. Caveat emptor - don't waste your money.

Directions are inaccurate. My directions said put in hot water till mouthpiece turns clear. Apparently mine is blue and does not turn clear. The piece was so flexible when i removed it turned to jelly making it almost unrecognizable and unusable. I have had many snore guards in the past. I suggest replacing them once a year. And when the dog chews them up. So i was able to form it back into shape but if you were unfortunately not a subject matter expert there is no way you would get it to work. I will not return a mangled mouthpiece that is just a little gross so i guess i will eat the liss and try my old brand again.

I have partial obstructive sleep apnea and part central sleep 'apnea' and this has worked better than the moldable ones. Although the device did initially loosen some teeth, with months of wearing it I have straighter teeth and better aligned bite! Probably not everyone would have this result but I stuck with the initial discomfort which of course shifted.

I just bought these at my doctor's urging and they seem to be helping. Just started using the bigger one. It's a little uncomfortable but I'm still getting used to it. I might just stick with the smaller one. My wife says she doesn't hear me snoring as much so that's a good sign. Still early to say if I love the product, but so far, not too bad

Good quality and very clear instructions. I was able to form fit mouth piece in minutes. Easy to adjust for best fit and comfort. Works very well to reduce or prevent snoring.

Finally getting sleep again! My husband has tried several devices, but they either break right away or don't work. This actually works! So happy to get a good nights rest.
